Wir haben den Silvesterabend hier verbringen dürfen. Normalerweise ist dieses Sterne-Restaurant ausgebucht, wir hatten Glück, dass zwei Gäste kurzfristig abgesagt hatten.
Das 7-Gänge Menü inklusive passender Weinbegleitung war sensationell: Hummer, Kaviar, Rehrücken, Jakobsmuschel und vieles mehr waren die reinsten Geschmacksexplosionen. Die dazu gereichten Weine und der Rosé Champagner vorweg wurden exzellent ausgesucht und passten perfekt zu den jeweiligen Gängen.
Das Feuerwerk um Mitternacht dann in einem separaten Raum vom 10. OG bei Champagner und Berlinern zu verfolgen, bildete den  krönenden  Abschluss eines absolut gelungenen Silvesterabends.

We were able to spend New Year's Eve here. This star restaurant is normally fully booked, but we were lucky that two guests canceled at short notice.
The 7-course menu including the appropriate wine pairing was sensational: lobster, caviar, saddle of venison, scallops and much more were the purest taste explosions. The wines served with it and the rosé champagne were excellently selected and went perfectly with the respective courses.
Watching the fireworks at midnight in a separate room on the 10th floor with champagne and Berliners was the crowning conclusion to an absolutely successful New Year's Eve.
