Viele Köche verderben das Geschäft....sagt man, bei Obbo eins a beraten worden, sodass die Kollegin die Bestellung übernimmt und das Chaos seinen Lauf nimmt. Wir mussten zig Mails als Korrektur zur Bestellung senden, bei Bestellung waren es noch 14 Tage Lieferzeiten. In dieser Firma weiß der andere Kollege nicht, was der vorherige gemacht hat. Katastrophale Abwicklung. Von 14 Tagen Lieferzeiten waren es dann plötzlich 6 Wochen. Wir haben 5x nachgefragt ob die Zusammenstellung des Fabrikates so stimmt, die Sachbearbeiterin hatte diesem zugestimmt. Jedoch sieht das Werk dies anders. Das Fabrikat hat null gepasst, was wir bestellt haben. Dann bei der Rückabwicklung muss man noch ewig Wochen warten bis die Buchhaltung die Anzahlung zurück zahlt, hier hat man sich auch nicht an vorher besprochenen Punkte gehalten. Qualitative Beratung ist was anderes.  Augen auf bei der Händlerwahl!

Many chefs spoil the business... they say, at Obbo one a a advice was given, so that the colleague takes the order and the chaos takes its course. We had to send dozens of emails to correct the order, and when we ordered it was still 14 days delivery time. In this company, the other colleague doesn't know what the previous one did. Disastrous handling. Delivery times from 14 days suddenly increased to 6 weeks. We asked 5 times whether the composition of the product was correct, and the clerk agreed to this. However, the work sees it differently. The product didn't fit what we ordered. Then when it comes to the return process, you have to wait forever for weeks until the accounting department pays back the deposit, and here you didn't stick to the points discussed previously. Qualitative advice is something different.  Be careful when choosing a dealer!

Schlechter service. Der Hausmarken Stuhl geht nach 2 Jahren nach und nach kaputt. Des Weiteren wurde mir ein Stuhl verkauft der von Anfang beschädigt war. Einsicht seitens obbo gab es hier nicht. Reparatur sowie Leihstuhl musste man sich mühsam erhandeln obwohl er mit einer Garantie von 10 Jahren verkauft wird. Mein Stuhl war ein Löffler Figo, dieser ist nicht zu empfehlen.

Bad service. The house brand chair gradually breaks after 2 years. I was also sold a chair that was damaged from the start. There was no insight from obbo here. Repairs and a loaner chair had to be laboriously negotiated even though it is sold with a 10-year guarantee. My chair was a Löffler Figo, which is not recommended.
