Schöner kleiner Nebenraum in dem sich ca. 10 Tische befinden. Es ist geschmackvoll und nicht zu futuristisch eingerichtet.  Alles sehr authentisch.

Service war aufmerksam & freundlich.

Einziger Punkt ist die Dauer bis das letze Gericht serviert wurde. An diesem Abend waren lediglich 3 Tische belegt. Um 19 Uhr wurde Platz genommen und der letzte Gang wurde um 23.15 serviert. Für mich mit einer längeren Anfahrt (ca. 1 Stunde) war das doch etwas spät.
Ich hatte einen guten Vergleich, da ich erst einen Tag zuvor in einem, anderen Sterne Restaurant in der Nähe war und 8-Gänge innerhalb von 2.15h serviert wurden.

Jedes Gericht sah fantastisch aus, schmeckte ausgefallen, sehr fein und teilweise sehr intensiv. Mein Highlight,  das Königsfisch Ceviche und der Rehrücken. Die jeweiligen Jus/ Gelees waren einfach ein Traum.

Service was attentive & friendly.

The only point is the time until the last dish was served. That evening only 3 tables were occupied. We were seated at 7 p.m. and the last course was served at 11:15 p.m. For me, with a longer journey (approx. 1 hour), that was a bit late.
I had a good comparison because I had been to another star restaurant nearby just the day before and 8 courses were served within 2.15 hours.

Sehr klein - sehr fein! Ein Stern! Ausgezeichnete Küche. Super Weine! Der Service ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.
Es gibt einzelne Gerichte aus den mehrgänge Menüs, ein 5gang Menü und das 9 Gang Menü. Die Preise sind recht hochpreisig. Aber wenn man bedenkt wie viel Aufwand und Mühe hinter den Gerichten steckt- und was man für einen schönen Abend verbringen kann- durchaus gerechtfertigt.

Very small - very fine! A star! Excellent cuisine. Great wines! The service is very friendly and attentive.
There are individual dishes from the multi-course menu, a 5-course menu and the 9-course menu. The prices are quite expensive. But when you consider how much effort and effort goes into the dishes - and what a lovely evening you can spend - it's definitely justified.

La inn reservasjon halvannen uke på forhånd på nettsiden. Siden jeg aldri fikk noe tilbakemelding stakk jeg innom 2 dager før selve datoen for å høre om status for reservasjonen. Fikk da beskjed om at bookingen ikke hadde gått gjennom med en merkelig forklaring at kokken hadde vært på kongress. Synes i det minste at de kunne gitt meg beskjed tidligere om at mitt ønske om reservasjon var avslått.

Make a reservation a week and a half in advance on the website. Since I never received any feedback, I popped in 2 days before the actual date to hear about the status of the reservation. Was then told that the booking had not gone through with a strange explanation that the chef had been at a congress. At the very least, I think they could have informed me earlier that my request for a reservation had been refused.
