Die Einrichtung des Restaurants besticht durch eine ansprechende Ästhetik. Leider wirkten die Kellner eher arrogant und distanziert, was die Atmosphäre trübte. Die Portionen waren vergleichsweise klein, während beim Salz nicht gespart wurde. Insgesamt war das Essen eher durchschnittlich, mit Ausnahme des Desserts, das sich als wahrer Genuss entpuppte. Angesichts der gebotenen Qualität stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis jedoch keineswegs. Alles in allem eine eher enttäuschende Erfahrung.

The restaurant's interior impresses with its appealing aesthetics. Unfortunately, the waiters seemed rather arrogant and distant, which spoiled the atmosphere. The portions were comparatively small, while salt was not spared. Overall, the food was pretty average, with the exception of the dessert, which turned out to be a real treat. However, given the quality on offer, the price-performance ratio is by no means right. All in all a rather disappointing experience.

Echt schade!! Fünf Sterne wird der Leistung von Küche, Service und Keller leider nicht gerecht! Es sind einige mehr fällig um die Leistung wider zu spiegeln!  Das war ein Erlebnis!  Schade das wir 700 km entfernt wohnen.
Absolut empfehlenswert!  Auch in der Klasse sucht man vergleichbares sehr lange!

Really a shame!! Unfortunately, five stars does not do justice to the performance of the kitchen, service and cellar! Some more are due to reflect the performance!  That was an experience!  It's a shame that we live 700 km away.
Absolutely recommended!  Even in class, people look for something comparable for a long time!

Absolut Klasse Essen, es war alles perfekt.
Die Aussicht und das Ambiente sind auch sehr schön.

Dieses Restaurant ist absolut einen Besuch wert!

We go to the Silberdistel gourmet restaurant with the family every year - the food is of the highest quality and the staff are very accommodating, you just feel very comfortable and enjoy spending time there with a good glass of wine and excellent food! This restaurant is absolutely worth a visit!
