Wir waren gestern Abend im Restaurant Altes Rathaus in Winnenden und waren absolut begeistert! Der Service war erstklassig – das Personal war aufmerksam, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Man hat sich wirklich willkommen gefühlt.

Die Qualität der Speisen war herausragend. Jedes Gericht war nicht nur optisch ansprechend, sondern auch geschmacklich ein Erlebnis. Die Zutaten waren frisch und die Kombinationen kreativ und lecker.

Das Ambiente des Restaurants war ebenfalls ein Highlight. Die Einrichtung war stilvoll und gemütlich, und die Atmosphäre war einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Man konnte in Ruhe genießen und abschalten.

Wir freuen uns, so ein tolles Restaurant in unserer Umgebung zu haben. Es wertet Winnenden total auf und ist definitiv ein Gewinn für die Stadt.

We were at the Altes Rathaus restaurant in Winnenden last night and were absolutely thrilled! The service was first class - the staff was attentive, friendly and accommodating. You really felt welcome.

The quality of the food was outstanding. Each dish was not only visually appealing, but also a taste experience. The ingredients were fresh and the combinations creative and delicious.

The ambience of the restaurant was also a highlight. The decor was stylish and cozy, and the atmosphere was simply feel-good. You could enjoy and switch off in peace.

We are happy to have such a great restaurant in our area. It totally enhances Winnenden and is definitely a benefit for the city.

Tolles Restaurant mit einem ausgezeichneten Service und richtigem Wohlfühlambiente. Die Gerichte sind etwas Besonderes und waren geschmacklich hervorragend. Die Karte wechselt saisonal, hier wird auf qualitativ hochwertige und saisonale Lebensmittel geachtet. Wir werden das Restaurant wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Gerichte waren gut und sahen auch schön aus. 1 Gang waren etwas enttäuschend beziehungsweise hat nicht überzeugt.

Highlight: das Duroc Bao Bun

Beim Service gab es ein paar Kleinigkeiten die Richtung Gast, nicht unglücklich waren.

Was uns gestört hatte:
- es gab keine Kleine Teller + Messer zum Brot. Gerade wenn man ein Schälchen Öl dazu stellt, ist es sonst unmöglich nicht nach dem ersten Bissen, den Platz vollzukrümmeln beziehungsweise mit Ölflecken zu bedecken.
Zusätzlich ist es schwierig, wenn drei Personen gemeinsam ihr Brot in ein Schälchen dippen sollen.

- bei Servierung der Häppchen, die Tabletts entfernen. Der Tisch war komplett mit den zwei Tabletts bedeckt und sah etwas nach Buffett aus (siehe Bild)

- Platzwahl: bei 3 Personen die bei der Reservierung angaben ein Menü zu nehmen, einen Platz zuweisen der es ermöglicht, alle Gläser, Lampe und Deko auch beibehalten zu können. Der Platz war zu eng.
Das Restaurant war innen leer, man hätte uns ohne weiteres einen 4er Tisch zu weisen können. Das anfängliche ständige Flasche, Lampe, deko hin her hat das Flair etwas gestört.

- bei zwei Gängen wurden diese einfach hin gestellt ohne Erläuterung

Wir werden das Restaurant erneut mal ausprobieren, da die Gerichte grundsätzlich lecker waren.

Vielleicht war es einfach ein schlechter Tag.
Macht trotzdem weiter! :)

Dishes were good and looked nice too. 1 course was a bit disappointing or not convincing.

Highlight: the Duroc Bao Bun

There were a few small things in the service that were not unfortunate for the guest.

What bothered us:
- there were no small plates and knives for the bread. Especially if you put a small bowl of oil with it, it is otherwise impossible not to crumble all over the place or cover it with oil stains after the first bite.
In addition, it is difficult if three people have to dip their bread into a bowl together.

- When serving the appetizers, remove the trays. The table was completely covered with the two trays and looked a bit like Buffett (see picture)

- Choice of seating: if there are 3 people who stated that they would take a menu when making the reservation, assign a seat that makes it possible to keep all the glasses, lamps and decorations. The space was too narrow.
The restaurant was empty inside, they could have easily given us a table for four. The initial constant flow of bottles, lamps and decorations spoiled the atmosphere a bit.

- In the case of two courses, they were simply put there without explanation

We will try the restaurant again as the dishes were generally delicious.

Maybe it was just a bad day.
