We had a great time at this restaurant. After a drive along the wine road it was nice to enjoy an afternoon meal looking at the vineyards. The service was friendly and our dishes were delicious.  I had the bio pork steak, and my wife had the spinach dumplings which were both great dishes. Wonderful place to stop, pause, and enjoy the afternoon.

What a lovely restaurant. The scenery is spectacular, the food was delicious, and  the service was great. The prices are good too.

Excellent selection of meat, fish (trout!!), vegetarian and local dishes. Great selection of wines from excellent local wineries. This time, during a beautiful summer evening, dinner was outside in the gardens with a view on the river and lake....Wonderful evening untill late in the evening. All made possible by a great team in the kitchen and service...making sure that the guests have the best possible experience. Coming back again soon!!

We arrived late (after 8:30 PM), on a Thursday, off season, on the advice of the host of our guesthouse.  We came with low expectations, just happy to find a place where we still could eat something and already pleased to have found the place in the dark, during rainfall, buried in woods.  To our surprise, the parking lot was nearly full.  On Thursdays, if I understood well from the locals, there is (only?) an "after-work" 4 course menu.  But with delicious vegetarian, fish and (2) meat choices, we had no trouble deciding.  Food came beautifully dressing and was prepared with care.  Service was equally perfect and the setting romantic.  Prices are very correct.  Absolutely worth a visit.  Drive carefully when going back in the dark: you are almost certain of an encounter with deer or wild pigs...
