A superb, fully loaded burger and a nice cold beer after the hike is quite welcome! Nice views on the valley bellow and the optimal place to start many hikes, the beer garten offers a relaxed place to enjoy the well earned meal after hiking one of the many great trails in the area!

Self-service, order at the bar and pick up upon alarm by buzzer. Return of used dishes to the bar. Last time we were there on a Sunday for lunch, this system worked very efficiently and the prices are ok due to the self service. Food was very good, though the choices are a bit limited. However, most important Brotzeit items as well as traditional restaurant dishes are offered, including "Saumagen". Highly recommended to make a reservation in advance.

Cozy, friendly staff, tasty home made food and plenty of it!  We’ll have to come by when the garden is open; I can’t imagine a better way to spend a summer afternoon!!
