Tolles Lokal mit wirklich sehr gutem Service. Essen war hervorragend, tolles Ambiente. Für den fünften Stern kann man noch Kleinigkeiten verbessern, wir haben uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen wieder.

Das Konzept, sich für ein Menü zu entscheiden finde ich Klasse da alles hervorragend auf einander abgestimmt und super frisch ist. Jedes Gericht ist ein kleines Kunstwerk. Ich habe nie viel Wert auf Weinbegleitung oder ähnliches gelegt aber wer da verzichtet ist selber Schuld. Die Weine im einzelnen hätten mir vermutlich gar nicht so gut gefallen aber mit den Gerichten zusammen wäre mir keine bessere Kombination eingefallen. Da man sich hier auf wenige Gerichte konzentriert werden diese mit einer super Frische und Rafinesse zur Perfektion gebracht. Solche Lokale sollte es häufiger geben. Ich war schon in einigen Restaurants in Erfurt aber so gut wurde ich dort noch nie beköstigt. Großes Kompliment an das Team und weiter so!!! Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder.

I think the concept of choosing a menu is great because everything is perfectly coordinated and super fresh. Every dish is a small work of art. I've never placed much value on wine accompaniment or anything like that, but if you go without it's your own fault. I probably wouldn't have liked the wines individually, but I couldn't have thought of a better combination with the dishes. Since we concentrate on a few dishes here, they are brought to perfection with super freshness and sophistication. There should be more places like this. I've been to a few restaurants in Erfurt but I've never had such good food there. Big compliments to the team and keep it up!!! We'll definitely be back.

Wir sind im Dezember zu unserem Jahrestag hier gewesen und kamen mit entsprechend hohen Erwartungen an einen besonderen Abend. Die Chefin hat die Gäste persönlich bedient und war sehr freundlich. Gewählt haben wir das Menü, Wein und Wasser. Zunächst einmal eine Anmerkung zu letzterem: In einem Restaurant, welches auf ,,Fine Dining“ machen möchte erwarten wir, dass das Wasser aus der Flasche vom Kellner eingeschenkt wird und nicht vom Gast selbst. Das Menü hat gut geschmeckt, aber es gab nichts was uns geschmacklich vom Stuhl gerissen hat. Wir haben außerdem 45 Minuten auf 2x Dessert gewartet; in dieser Zeit war die Kellnerin nicht anwesend, sodass wir keine weiteren Getränke  bestellen konnten und sprichwörtlich ,,auf dem Trockenen saßen“.

Weiterhin hatten wir den Eindruck als würde man hier mehr Wert auf die Optik der Lebensmittel legen und nicht auf den Geschmack selbst. Unsere Erwartungen wurden nicht erfüllt und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat dementsprechend auch nicht gestimmt. Schade.

We were here in December for our anniversary and came with correspondingly high expectations of a special evening. The boss served the guests personally and was very friendly. We chose the menu, wine and water. First of all, a note on the latter: In a restaurant that wants to do fine dining, we expect the water from the bottle to be poured by the waiter and not by the guest themselves. The menu tasted good, but there was nothing swept us off our feet in terms of taste. We also waited 45 minutes for 2x dessert; During this time the waitress wasn't there, so we couldn't order any more drinks and were literally left high and dry.

We also had the impression that more emphasis was placed on the appearance of the food and not on the taste itself. Our expectations were not met and the price-performance ratio was therefore not right either. Too bad.
