Could still be improved with the elimination of flies (inside seating), I understand that itis difficult with the senarby farming and everything, but it is defintely achievable;)

I suggest you get the lamb for main dish
It was the best out of all three main meat dishes they had to offer at this time

The complimentary bread with "farmer's bread" was sooo gooood. If you are lucky, you might get to try this one.

The food and service were excellent. The rooms had solid Wood furniture according to the eco Philosophie of the family. The decor however is outdated as opposed to the very stylishly renovated Restaurant. The guest lounge in the guesthouse has suffered water damage and looks a little unloved.

The Rose team take food to the next level. It’s the combination of the raffinesse of fine dining with authenticity, never loosing focus on the people and the awesome organic ingredients that make the difference.
