We tried the Mediterranean menu and asked for wine to fit the food. The Coppa di Parma starter was good, then the gazpacho was excellent. For the main we tried both the sea bass and the steak. Both were very good, especially with the sides and sauces. The anchoiade was really well balanced and the tartare sauce was delicious! The dessert was a bit disappointing unfortunately. The sorbet and fizzy wine combination was interesting, but the melon was rather dry and there was very little overall sweetness. The dessert wine was very good though. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I'd highly recommend this place. The area is pretty and the staff is wonderful. You can really feel that the couple running the place puts a lot of care into it and they were both very nice to us during dinner.
Later edit: came back for dinner and we were again very happy with everything.

Spent a wonderful night in this quaint hotel near the Mainradweg on our 8-day tour. The hotel's husband-and-wife team were super nice and we were able to put our bikes in a closed storage area. The outdoor seating area is beautiful with grapevines overhead. All food is freshly prepared, so it was not a problem for our friends with gluten and dairy allergies to find something. I particularly enjoyed the homemade jam with breakfast. I just wished we had had more time to walk up to the old town (seemed very picturesque).
