Ich habe lange nicht mehr so gut gegessen! Ich hatte eigentlich für 13 Uhr reserviert an einem Samstag, kam aber witterungsbedingt erst um Viertel vor 2 an (hatte vorher angerufen). Das Restaurant ist zwar sehr abgelegen (natürlich idyllisch), aber eine Vielzahl von Schildern (gutes Marketing!) weisen den Weg dorthin.

Für knapp 155€ zu zweit, gab es folgendes:
- 1x Vorspeise Tartare von Dorade Royal, Mango, Avocadocreme ...
- 2x Hauptspeise Barbarie-Ente an Orangensauce / Milchkalbsrücken mit Morchelrahm ...
- 2x Nachspeise Erdbeer-Variation (Sorbet, Tartelette, ...)
- 2 Gläser exklusiv abgefüllten Rotweine (ich meine es war Spätburgunder), Stilles Wasser, alkoholfreier Sekt mit Grenadine.

Es war alles sowohl in der Optik, als auch im Geschmack sensationell. Da finde ich den Preis auch gerechtfertigt.
Das Ganze in einem schönen rustikalen, gemütlichen Ambiente. Man spürt die Historie förmlich in den Räumlichkeiten. Nach dem Amuse-Geule wusste schon, dass ich an der richtigen Adreses bin :)

Zur Krönung des Ganzen kam noch der Chef persönlich, um sich nach dem Rechten zu erkundigen. Ansonsten, Service einwandfrei und für das Niveau angemessen.

Ich kann es für alle Gourmets da draußen nur empfehlen! Es sind auch Übernachtungen, Arrangements, Feiern, etc. möglich.

I haven't eaten so well in a long time! I actually had a reservation for 1 p.m. on a Saturday, but due to the weather I didn't arrive until a quarter to 2 (I had called beforehand). The restaurant is very remote (idyllic, of course), but there are a lot of signs (good marketing!) pointing the way there.

For just under €155 for two, we had the following:
- 1x starter tartare from Dorade Royal, mango, avocado cream...
- 2x main course Muscovy duck with orange sauce / saddle of milk veal with morel cream ...
- 2x dessert strawberry variation (sorbet, tartlet, ...)
- 2 glasses of exclusively bottled red wine (I think it was Pinot Noir), still water, non-alcoholic sparkling wine with grenadine.

Everything was sensational both in terms of appearance and taste. I also think the price is justified.
The whole thing in a nice rustic, cozy atmosphere. You can literally feel the history in the rooms. After the amusement I already knew that I was at the right address :)

To top it all off, the boss himself came to inquire what was going on. Otherwise, service was flawless and appropriate for the level.

I highly recommend it for all the foodies out there! Overnight stays, arrangements, celebrations, etc. are also possible.

Mein Zwischengang war auf der Rechnung statt 18,50€ mit 38,50€ berechnet. Der meiner Partnerin mit dem korrekten Preis.

Auf Nachfragen wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass mein Zwischengang als Hauptgang berechnet wurde.
Das war auf der Karte nicht als Bestellmöglichkeit aufgeführt und ich wurde vorher nicht darauf hingewiesen.
