We were really looking forward to our dinner, however we were dissapointed. The concept of the food and menu (lobster special) was creative and modern.  With limited variation in flavor profiles and/or poorly executed dishes only a 1 or 2 dishes standed out. The desert were not good at all.
Service was friendly, however not efficient and with mistakes not worthy of a 1 star restaurant. Only the price was Michellin Star restaurant worthy

Das abwechslungsreiche Menü lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Stern ist ohne Zweifel verdient. Der Service ist professionell herzlich. Sicherlich in der Region die beste Adresse für einen besonderen Abend. Besonderes Kompliment auch für den Espresso, sehr gelungen.

Ein erfrischender Einstieg in das Menü. Die Stracciatella di Bufala war von hervorragender Qualität, cremig und leicht salzig, perfekt ausbalanciert durch die süße und saftige Tomatenfocaccia. Das Rosmarin-Thymianeis überraschte mit einer subtilen Kräuternote, die das Gericht auf eine neue Ebene hob. Ein mutiger und gelungener Auftakt.

2. Gang: Geeiste Gemüsesuppe, Gebratene Riesengarnele

Die geeiste Gemüsesuppe bot eine wohltuende Frische, ideal für einen Sommerabend. Die Textur war samtig und die Aromen intensiv. Die gebratene Riesengarnele war perfekt gegart, außen knusprig und innen zart. Die Kombination dieser beiden Elemente zeigte das Talent und die Kreativität der jungen Köche.

3. Gang: Maispoularde gefüllt mit Steinpilzen, Trüffelrahm Jus, Vanillekarotten, Herzoginkartoffeln

Ein Hauptgang, der sowohl in Geschmack als auch Präsentation beeindruckte. Die Maispoularde war saftig und geschmackvoll, die Füllung aus Steinpilzen fügte eine erdige Tiefe hinzu. A refreshing start to the menu. The Stracciatella di Bufala was of excellent quality, creamy and slightly salty, perfectly balanced by the sweet and juicy tomato focaccia. The rosemary-thyme ice cream surprised with a subtle herbal note that took the dish to a new level. A courageous and successful start.

2nd course: Iced vegetable soup, fried king prawns

The iced vegetable soup offered a pleasant freshness, ideal for a summer evening. The texture was velvety and the flavors intense. The fried king prawn was perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The combination of these two elements showed the talent and creativity of the young chefs.

3rd course: Corn poularde stuffed with porcini mushrooms, truffle cream jus, vanilla carrots, duchess potatoes

A main course that impressed in both taste and presentation. The corn-fed chicken was juicy and flavorful, the porcini mushroom filling added an earthy depth.
