I walked in today to see what this gym has to offer, since I was on the lookout for a new gym after moving to Germany recently. Eduardo at the front desk was really helpful and put effort in to find the right deal for my needs, instead of just pushing any membership on me. He took the time to explain me everything I need to know. Also the gym itself is on another level. Super clean and amazing staff. Thanks for this great first day at my new gym. I visited Elements Gym as a potential new member spontanously without an appointment, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. I was greeted with a warm welcome and given a detailed tour of the facilities. Eduardo provided a personalized offer and took the time to understand my fitness goals, making me feel valued as a potential member.

The professionalism and attention to detail truly stood out. This kind of excellent customer service makes it easy to see why Elements is a great choice for anyone looking for a new gym. Highly recommended!

Here is what you need to know before joining Elements Siemensallee:
TL;DR:
I know with the first look it feels nice and posh and staff smile at you but you should avoid it for: very poor hygiene and maintenance, absence of customer care and support and being overcrowded. Save your time and money and choose any other random gym and you'll be happier.

I went to Elements Siemensallee for more than 2 years, so I had a good chance to observe the details that matter. Why I continued for more than 2 years? Because it was very close to my apartment and left no lame reasons not to exercise. Plus you normally sign a 1 or 2 years contract which is almost impossible to break. I ended my membership last September and I'm very happy with that decision. Now the details:
-Despite the high premium you pay, it is almost always overcrowded. This is particularly important post COVID.
-The maintenance and hygiene standards for that high premium you pay, is almost not existing. I attached some photos to show my point here. Over more than two years of going to this gym, I saw machines with wear and tear and they never fixed them. Of course I point that out to the staff, but nothing changed during my membership period.
-Staff at the gym are generally nice, but not helpful. The customer support is their weakest point though. Again, for the premium you pay here, you expect a decent customer service. But they disappoint you even in that department. Particularly in one encounter in one of their customer support members, when I complained about the hygiene (post COVID), I realized why the situation is like that. She made it very clear that she cannot care less about my concerns and I can cancel my contract! I wrote a couple of emails to the gym's manager explaining my concerns and the poor customer support, non of which was even answered. And that is in my opinion the source of issues with this particular gym: management.

Nice service and staff are friendly! The studio has AC for the summer heat and the equipments, sauna, swimming pool are clean and well functioned. Cant complain about anything!
