Phantastisch! Oberste Liga! Wenn man große Erwartungen hat, werden sie hier erfüllt. Selten so gut gegessen, ob Vorspeisen, Salat, Hauptspeisen oder Dessert, ob Fisch oder Fleisch, alles war perfekt! Der aufmerksame, sehr freundliche und angenehme Service machten alles zu einem unvergesslichen Abend für uns. Wir kommen garantiert wieder! Auch wenn es preislich etwas gehoben ist, das ist es auf jeden Fall wert!

Sensationeller Abend kurz vor Weihnachten. Der Service war herzlich, zuvorkommend und gut organisiert.
Absolut lecker gegessen in eleganter Atmosphäre.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und einen wunderbaren Abend verbringen dürfen. Preise sind sicher nicht durchschnittlich, betrachtet man allerdings den Wareneinsatz und die Zubereitung der Speisen so ist das fair. Wir müssen uns davon verabschieden das es gutes Essen zum Schleuderpreis gibt !
Wir haben uns zu zweit jeweils für das 7 Gang Menü entschieden und im Vorfeld einen Tisch reserviert (beides ist zu empfehlen).
Das Menü bestach durch hervorragende &  frische Qualität, perfekt zubereitet und absolut stimmig. Besonderheiten wie z.b eine Lammzunge findet man auch nicht auf jeder Karte. Hier zeigt sich nicht nur die Kreativität, sondern auch die Lust Langeweile auf dem Teller keine Chance zu geben. Mit der Auswahl des Geschirrs in den 7 Gängen ließ sich schnell erkennen das jedes Gericht perfekt in Szene gesetzt werden soll und das ist mehr als nur gelungen.
Die Portionsgrößen sind im 7 Gang Menü angemessen, man wird gut satt und geht weder übersättigt noch hungrig nach Hause. Das Verhältnis ist hier ausgewogen. Umbestellungen im Menü oder Änderungen sind jederzeit möglich, wurden von uns allerdings nicht in Anspruch genommen, da kein Bedarf bestand.

Absolutely delicious food in an elegant atmosphere.
We felt very comfortable and had a wonderful evening. Prices are certainly not average, but if you look at the cost of goods and the preparation of the food, it's fair. We have to say goodbye to good food at bargain prices!
The two of us each decided on the 7-course menu and reserved a table in advance (both are recommended).
The menu impressed with its excellent and fresh quality, perfectly prepared and absolutely harmonious. Special features such as lamb's tongue cannot be found on every menu. This not only shows creativity, but also the desire to not give boredom a chance on the plate. With the selection of dishes for the 7 courses, it quickly became clear that each dish should be presented perfectly and this was more than successful.
The portion sizes in the 7-course menu are appropriate, you fill up well and go home neither oversaturated nor hungry. The ratio is balanced here. Changes to the menu or changes to the menu are possible at any time, but we did not take advantage of this because there was no need.

Sie sorgt für den perfekten Service und kredenzt Weine aus Ihrer spanischen Heimat. Besonders vom Cava bestellt man sich gerne ein zweites Glas. 🥂
Für Feinschmecker lohnt sich ein Abstecher nach Baunach.

Von außen ein schön hergerichtetes altes Bahnhofs Gebäude. Gefunden über das Internet man sollte vorbestellen wenn nann   im Weinkeller sitzen möchte.
Die Bedienung sehr nett aber für das Niveau der Speisen sollte dort noch mehr an Etikette gearbeitet werden. Das heißt nicht es ist schlecht aber ein Beispiel bei einem Menü bringt man das Besteck vorab nicht zum Essen mit. Oder einen Marini wohin mit dem Kern der Olive runterschlucken?
Zum Essen es war geschmacklich wir qualitativ auf höchsten Niveau das Geschirr wir die Einreichung der Tische klassisch edel.winsuswahl sehr gut. Bitte Personal über die Weine schulen.
Fazit ich würde dort sofort wieder Essen gehen.

The service was very nice but the etiquette needs to be worked on more for the quality of the food. That doesn't mean it's bad, but for example with a menu you don't bring the cutlery with you to eat in advance. Or swallow a Marini with the pit of the olive?
For the food, the taste was of the highest quality, the dishes and the presentation of the tables were classic, elegant and very good. Please train staff about the wines.
Conclusion: I would eat there again in a heartbeat.
