Das Kucher´s Gourmet Restaurant ist ein absolutes Muss für Genießer der Sterneküche. In einem Raum, der wie ein großes Wohnzimmer wirkt, erlebt man ein Geschmackswunder. Zunächst  gab es ein Sockeye Wildlachs Tartar verfeinert mit Gurkensorbet. Wahnsinn, wie harmonisch diese Kombination den Gaumen erfreut. Der Zwischengang bestand aus Seeteufel und Gamba. In Kombination mit der Soße ein Genuss, auf den Punkt gegart. Das anschließende Lamm Carré war unübertroffen. Butterzart und geschmackvoll gewürzt, wobei wiederum die Soße den letzten Pfiff gab. Als letzten Gang gab es eine überraschende Neuinterpretation der Schwarzwälder Kirschtorte. Bis in kleinste Detail (eine winzige Nougatgrundlage mit einer in Kirschwasser eingelegten Kirsche belegt) überzeugte das Dessert als krönender Abschluss. Die Weinbegleitung war excellent ausgesucht. Das wir zum Dessert einen Albalonga aus dem Jahr 2000 kredenzt bekamen, war ein abschließender Höhepunkt eines phantastischen Menüs. Der kreative Koch Florian Kucher, der sensationelle Weinkenner Papa Kucher, die herzensgute Mama Kucher, und der aufmerksame Service der Schwester vom Koch Florian mit ihrem Team garantieren einen tollen Abend. Das zugehörige Hotel eröffnet im November 2020 mit 16 neuen und modernen Zimmern. Man sollte bei dem ausgezeichneten Weinangebot in jedem Fall dort übernachten. Es lohnt sich. Versprochen. Es wird nicht bei dem einen Stern bleiben.

The Kucher's Gourmet Restaurant is an absolute must for connoisseurs of star cuisine. In a room that looks like a large living room, you experience a miracle of taste. First there was a sockeye wild salmon tartare refined with cucumber sorbet. It's crazy how harmoniously this combination delights the palate. The intermediate course consisted of monkfish and prawns. In combination with the sauce it is a pleasure, cooked to perfection. The lamb carré that followed was second to none. Buttery tender and tastefully seasoned, with the sauce giving the final kick. The last course was a surprising reinterpretation of the Black Forest cake. Down to the smallest detail (a tiny nougat base topped with a cherry marinated in kirsch), the dessert was a convincing finale. The wine accompaniment was excellently chosen. The fact that we were served an Albalonga from the year 2000 for dessert was a final highlight of a fantastic menu. The creative chef Florian Kucher, the sensational wine connoisseur Papa Kucher, the kind-hearted Mama Kucher, and the attentive service of the chef Florian's sister and her team guarantee a great evening. The associated hotel will open in November 2020 with 16 new and modern rooms. You should definitely stay there because of the excellent wine selection. It's worth it. Promised. It won't stay with just one star.

Meine Essen war absolut super, der Service und die Bedienung waren mega freundlich, zu den Wein kann ich nichts sagen weil ich kein Alkohol trinke, das Zimmer ist sehr schön, mit einem tollenBadezimmer. von mir fünf Sterne Daumen hoch
