Es gab genau ein Menü. Aber was für ein Menü! Jeder Gang saß! Und es gab immer wieder einzelne Zwischengänge aus der Küche. Handwerklich perfekt. Und geschmacklich sowie optisch ebenso. Zudem trotzdem noch locker genug, damit das Essen auch Spaß macht. Genau so muss es sein. Toll auch die süße Abschlusskreation (Pralinen)! 🫶
Insgesamt absolut den Stern gerechtfertigt. Ohne wenn und aber. Bravo!

There was exactly one menu. But what a menu! Every course was perfect! And there were always individual intermediate courses from the kitchen. Perfect craftsmanship. And taste and appearance as well. Still loose enough to make eating fun. That's exactly how it has to be. The sweet final creation (pralines) is also great! 🫶
Overall, the star is absolutely justified. No ifs or buts. Bravo!

Das Weihnachtsmenue ein kulinarisches Fest: in Katayfifäden gebackener Kaisergranat : knusprig und saftig , mit intensivem Fond und zitronig frischem Olivensorbet, schlichtes kleines Risotto auf einem fantastischen Teller, butterige Seezunge mit traumhaften Bergamottegeleewürfeln, Hirschkalb mit großzügiger Trüffelbelegung und zarter Entenleber, Dessert im Stil einer Italo-Schwarzwälder-Kirschkreation ohne die üblichen Sahneexzesse.
Wir haben schon in 3* Restaurants  schlechter aber erheblich teurer diniert,  elegant lockeres Ambiente und perfekter Service tragen zur Beglückung bei. Bravissimo!

The Christmas menu is a culinary feast: Norway lobster baked in katayfi threads: crispy and juicy, with an intense stock and lemony, fresh olive sorbet, simple little risotto on a fantastic plate, buttery sole with dreamy bergamot jelly cubes, venison veal with a generous truffle topping and tender duck liver, dessert in the style of an Italo -Black Forest cherry creation without the usual ones Creamy excesses.
We have already dined in 3* restaurants that were worse but significantly more expensive. The elegant, relaxed atmosphere and perfect service add to our happiness. Bravissimo!

Immer wieder Marcellos Klasse. Seit Jahren erfreuen wir uns an Marcellos Kunst, egal wo er seiner Passion nachgeht. Es gibt viele Sterne-Restaurants. Sein Stil ist nicht zu kopieren und für uns das Mass der Dinge. Bravo! Zugegebenermaßen brauchts ein Serviceteam unter Leitung eines Sommelier, die Kunst in Szene zu setzen, was offensichtlich immer schwieriger wird.

Marcello's class again and again. We have enjoyed Marcello's art for years, no matter where he pursues his passion. There are many star restaurants. His style cannot be copied and is the standard for us. Bravo! Admittedly, it takes a service team led by a sommelier to showcase the art, which is obviously becoming increasingly difficult.

Wir hatten hier einen sehr schönen Abend. Vom Service bis zur Gestaltung der Speisen alles durchdacht. Es ist ein festes Menü wo jeder etwas findet. Auch auf die Kinder wurde eingegangen. Kann man sehr empfehlen.
