That hotel and the suites and villas are amazing. High end quality of the buildings and interiors. We were amazed how the cleanliness of the toilets and showers at the beach was. Spotless and brand new. The location is the best because it located between the 2 main Villegas in the area so you can go to each of them for only 6-7 minutes drive. But for the best thing about our experience was the Service of the staff. Always helping and try to make you feel the best with a smile and worm and care of a  Mediterranean person.  I can say for practically so many words for the good service Sophia gave us. For recommending for restaurant and much much more. We will be back next year for sure.

We went tot Nana Golden Beach in August 2023 and enjoyed every minute of it. We reserved a 2-bedroom room and honestly, it was the only point we can say something about. There is no room at all to install open/install your luggage compared to normal hotel rooms. Also, our terrace was just next to the air-conditioning, but it didn't bother us at all at night. We were close to the kids' pool which was perfect with a 2,5 year old. We didn't go to the aqua park and didn't participate in animation (a part from 1 show we watched). We tried 2 a la carte restaurants which were very good. Towel service at each pool is fantastic! We also never had an issue with sunbeds (agree, the main pool is reserved early but with 7 pools, there is always somewhere to go). There is a bar and snacks at each pool (the kiddo still thinks it's normal to have ice cream, nuggets and pancakes at every pool we go). Food was also very good, there was variety etc. Personnel was also very quick to help and serve. We would recommend Nana anytime. Oh yes, cocktails with A-brands are always a win! Very good!!

We recently visited Nana Golden Beach in beautiful Crete and our experience was truly memorable. From the moment we arrived, the excellent hospitality of the staff made us feel like royalty.
The hotel is located in a magnificent location with a panoramic view of the sea and nearby beaches. The rooms are spacious and well equipped, with modern decoration.
The hotel's variety of restaurants offer culinary delights that cover all tastes. The dishes are made with fresh local ingredients and the cuisine is simply excellent. We were particularly impressed by the restaurant with traditional Cretan flavors.
The hotel facilities are impeccable, with a lovely swimming pool surrounded by lush gardens and the spa is the perfect place to relax and rejuvenate. Various activities such as local sightseeing tours and water activities add to the overall experience.
Nana Golden Beach is truly a jewel in Crete, ideal for families, couples and every type of visitor. Overall, our experience was above and beyond our expectations and we definitely can't wait to come back!

Lovely stay, lovely place 🥰 It's very hard to describe our experience correctly because it's was more than amazing !
Service is very good, very polite and friendly staff, so helpful around all the area. The lady from guest Relations Angelina welcomed us upon the arrival and gave us all the information. Reception, golf car service was helpful, thanks a lot for a good service. I want to mark the girl from a la carte reservation desk, Aphrodite. So lovely and polite lady, always smiling at breakfast restaurant, helping with recommendations to restaurant and locations to visit.

What an amazing hotel, so many choices, so much to do. You don’t have the feeling that there are many guests. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We had an amazing stay with a group of 14 people. We started the day with some sports, then breakfast with a view. After that we stayed at one of the many pools or beach seetings. At evening first a drink in the bar and after that a sublime dinner in one of the many restaurants. Everybody had a very good time. Thank you very much
