Nice beach bar,  near the Heraklion airport, yet not annoyed by the departures and the arrivals of the planes.
Reasonable prices,  clean restrooms 🚻,  tasty food,  quality coffee.
A bit difficult to find your way there.

Recently opened just on the outskirts of the city, right by the beach, it's a very nice place to spend a day under the sun, with all the necessary amenities and comforts right at one's feet! Lots of parking space, large beach area and with the added bonus of watching large planes passing overhead to land at the city's international airport 😃. Definitely recommended!

Cool electronic music and the location is really cool in my opinion. As for the restaurant experience: Service terrible and I mean absolutely terrible. Had to wait for roughly 35 minutes to order our food after getting our drinks. I saw him standing around alot and despite me signaling that I‘d like to order, he wouldn‘t show up.The waiter seemed quite annoyed, impatient and generally disinterested for the two times he decided to actually talk to us. Didn‘t bring any napkins. After ordering some wine while eating, the server simply didn’t bring any. The chicken sandwich was okay, nothing special. The fries are legit the worst I‘ve had in any restaurant in a long time. They weren‘t fried properly, saggy, very pale and soaked in fat. Unedible. I rarely write reviews for restaurants but in this case I had to.

New stylish beach bar/ restaurant in Kokkini Hani. We went for a coffee but will surely come back again for a swim and to try the food on the menu. The friendly waitress told me it's really nice to go there for a drink in the evening. I can imagine.Wide sandy beach with an amazing view of the sea. You can see all the planes landing on Crete!
One tip: Maybe the bar can be found better with with one extra dirrectionsign halfway.
