This hotel is awesome, because of the great service! I had my doubts, because of the architecture. Big 5 star hotel, not very personally and looked more like an Airport waiting lounge. BUT I was surprised, how personally it has been because of the great service. The waiters are super great, the food is really good, and the waiters are very fast with all requests, the pool service (exchanging towels and arranging sun-beds) is very lovely. Even it’s crowded he always finds a place in the shadow. The room is spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The view from the room is stunning 🤩. Always a nice breeze even makes a hot day comfortable. It was the first Holliday with our baby (4 Month). What we will remember from this trip, how child friendly everyone has been. Everybody smiling at our baby was so lovely and cute! Thank you for a nice vacation.

I can’t add anything to the positive reviews on this place. If you get the chance to stay here take it. This is a gorgeous hotel, with ultra-friendly staff, amazing food, spectacular pools, great location. Every possible need is catered for. Everything is perfect. The one thing I didn’t like, which isn’t the hotel’s fault is having to pay a Greek government tax of €10 a night simply because it’s a 5-star hotel.

We recently had the pleasure of visiting Rhodes for the first time and were absolutely blown away by the amazing service, wonderful staff, and excellent food. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable, attending to every detail with genuine care. The food was a highlight, offering a delightful array of flavors and expertly prepared dishes. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and we want to extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who made our visit so special!

A good hotel with good facilities. Room is very spacious and clean apart from bathroom looking a little grubby on the shower tiles.

Very good selection of food, kept topped up so always able to choose from the full selection.

Pool area lovely and was always able to get sun chairs (on the sun deck).

The hotel app is great for ordering drinks or food round by the pool (limited food options however) and for any other things like room service, booking the restaurants, housekeeping etc... they also have a WhatsApp number so you can message and get a reply pretty instantly.

The location is not great as not really near anywhere but the old/new town is only a short taxi ride away.

The in-house supermarket has a very good selection of stuff and is very reasonable with their pricing.

Staff are probably the best thing about this hotel, they are very professional and engaging with everyone, very helpful and knowledgeable. Many are students in their early twenties but act very responsible.

Overall a very nice stay at this hotel.

We booked the Atrium platinum based on other reviews consistently highlighting the excellent level of service and quality of food, within close probity to Rhodes Old Town and the airport. This proved to be a great choice as each criteria was met. With a few matters to address, the staff engagement was excellent with Anna-Maria in Customer Relations in particular helping to make our stay special. Thank you!
