Delicious food and cosy ambient. Menu allthough small has plenty to offer because all the ingredients are from local farmers. Service is fast and they fortunately know English so we managed to communicate without problems. :) I would recommend this to my friends.

This hidden gem in the Zánka is a perfect gastronomic experience for a very reasonable price. The staff is friendly and attentive and they serve high quality, delicious food. I can only recommend!!

Nice gastronomic experience with well prepared food and friendly service. I came alone to have dinner around 6pm (Sunday) and there were free tables in the terrace, I didn’t have to wait.

Unfortunately only one vegetarian option was on the menu what is quite common around that region and also in Hungary in general which is mainly goat cheese with some side dish. Although they offer 2types of champions for other meals so there would be option I guess but the mayority of hungarians are still eating meat with meat.

The risotto was soft and nicely textured in balance of the cheese flavours.

The deepfried cottagecheese balls are one of the best I ate in the North of Balaton, with crunchy panko coat and soft inside. The crèam fraîche is nicely mixed with jam, no over sweetened taste at all. 👌

I will be back for sure in few months to see what will they bring on the menu.

So I stopped to check the place on my way home, very cute resturant and great terrace and view, they were almost fully booked, nevertheless the staff were very friendly and welcoming and managed to get me a table. I selected the ribeye steak, which was one of the best I have had in Hungary, severed with baked potato and nice salad, very tasty. Also price wise, you will pay double that on the city. Highly recommended, and I’d definitely go again

The grilled cheese with asparagus and beets was just awesome! And so was the cheesecake with fruit too. The cuisine is modern, the menu short, the staff is very friendly and caring whether or not you liked your dish. It is also a family friendly place.
