Excellent wee hotel. Nice bar inside, breakfast is really expensive 🫰🏻 but it was a nice selection of things to eat. The rooms are lovely, all you need inside. The staff were really friendly, it's easy to get around too.

First of all, I am a Chinese studying in the UK. I can understand English, which is the first thing I want to make clear. Because I think the service staff in the restaurant of this hotel have implicit discrimination against Chinese or Asian people. This is not an obvious racial discrimination, it is very subtle, but I can clearly feel uncomfortable. During the meal, despite being reminded by a bartender, the waiter still did not come to our table to order. Instead, another female waiter arrived, who was very polite. I am very grateful to her. At the checkout, this racist impatiently paid for me. After settling the bill with the previous European customer, he said goodnight. After I finished settling the bill, I said 'have a good night' to her myself, but she didn't say anything and even impatiently glanced at me before leaving.

The hotel room department provides excellent service. The food in the restaurant is delicious, although one of their service staff made me feel uncomfortable. In addition, for the hotel room, the bathroom drain in my room is very smelly, and the sound insulation effect of each room is very poor. The sound of neighboring guests having sex can be heard throughout the hallway! That's ridiculous. Overall, this is not the level that a four-star hotel should have!

One of the best hotels I've ever been. The room was nice and warm with a great view over the harbour of Reykjavik, just amazing. The location perfect, the restaurant and lobby again amazing. We had a very easy check in even if we arrived a bit earlier than the hour when we supposed to check in, they received us with open arms. The fire pit in the middle of the lobby is exactly what you need after spending hours in the cold weather outside. We don't have anything to complain about it, cause we had a really nice and pleasant stay at the marina hotel. We will definitely come back here once we will be back in Reykjavik.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Reykjavik Marina Berjaya Hotel! The location is perfect—right in the marina and close to the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient to explore Reykjavik’s top attractions. The hotel itself is modern, comfortable, and offers fantastic value for money.

What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is their exceptional service. I had to checkout really early in the morning to catch a flight to Greenland and accidentally left my tablet in my room. To my positive surprise, the staff went above and beyond to assist me. They promptly located it and arranged to send it back to me, which was a huge relief! This wouldn’t have happened in many other places and I hope the staff knows that, when doing that, they’re actually giving guests a very premium service.

Reykjavik Marina Berlanja Hotel combines comfort, convenience, and outstanding hospitality. I can’t recommend it enough—definitely 5 stars!

Highly recommended ! I met very kind reception service here. They offered me a lot of help when I got no battery with my phone. During my stay here,the atmosphere is super cozy, and I can watch ships outside the window. Nothing but a big recommend !
