We went there to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday and we had a great time! We ordered set of a vegetarian tapas and some extra patatas bravas. It was more than enough for two people. And what’s more important - everything was so so good! I also had a glass of passion fruit sangria and that was heavenly good 🤍
Staff was very nice as well!

Lovely place, beautiful atmosphere, food was absolutely fantastic except for the dessert, which really disappointed us, mostly because each dessert costs bit less than 3000ISK (20€)!! I don’t know if that’s normal for Iceland but we were very shocked. We had the vegan cheesecake and it was really not good, except for the ice cream or the strawberries. We told it to the waiter and the manager came to us quickly. He was very friendly and kind, he removed the dessert from the bill and offered us something else. Really professional and polite. I’m sure the other desserts are fantastic, the food was really 10/10! I’ll come back for sure!

I love this restaurant.  Great dining experience, the chef surprises me every time.  Definitely get one of the multi course meals but pace yourself and don't feel like you have to join the clean plate club because it's simply not possible!  They had a seasonal menu that was very interesting but I seem to stick with the traveler which is an amazing variety of Icelandic foods.  Be aware that the only Spanish influence is the concept of tapas.. and some decor and music playing to help with the overall experience.  I can't imagine visiting Iceland without eating here.  I can't say the price is reasonable, but I can say it is worth it!

A huge menu with lots of variety. Briefly considered the 7 course platter, which would have been a lot of food at a pretty good price. A lot of traditional Icelandic options - we had puffin, lamb, arctic char, and minke whale. Even the mushroom dish we ordered was next level. Definitely a special occasion restaurant for us, but it was well worth it.

The atmosphere here is incredible. The cocktails were the best I've ever had in my life, thank goodness considering each one is about $20 USD (!). The food presentation was out of this world. The chocolate cake is to die for. The tenderloin wasn't cooked enough and was chewy because of it. Some of the food was phenomenal and delicious, some was so-so, though beautiful. But for the price, I want it all to be the most delicious thing ever and it wasn't really that. We had the cauliflower (perfect), the scallops (a little under cooked, otherwise very good), the char (very good, but the portion size was ridiculously small), the tenderloin (undercooked and chewy), the mushrooms (this was the most average dish, but also the yummiest), the chocolate cake (not to be missed). The wait staff were wonderful and attentive. The atmosphere is amazing. The drinks are just out of this world.
