We were lucky enough to eat in Liath yesterday evening and it was a truly spectacular experience, extraordinary food and a truly incredible atmosphere. Each dish, which all look like art work, were served by the same incredibly talented chefs who created them in the kitchen that you can see from your table. We’re were lucky enough to be served in a number of occasions by Damien, which was very special. Ailish, the restaurant manager, is wonderfully helpful, and has a great warmth and balance between friendly and professional. I couldn’t recommend this restaurant enough.

Finally made it to Liath, each dish was a flavor explosion, beautifully presented and expertly cooked. The service was impeccable, and the ambiance was perfect. If you're looking for an unforgettable dining experience in Ireland, this is the place to go.

It took me months to snap a table at Liath but it was absolutely worth the wait. I did lunch with the wine pairing and it was perfect - outstanding quality with really interesting wines. I loved the setting (we got a table right beside the chefs table, I loved watching how they assembled and finished off all the dishes) and it was balanced with really friendly and not at all pretentious service.
Stunning, I might have to try start hunting for a dinner slot.

Liath is a very small, intimate dining experience. The set menu (and paired wines) are out of this world delicious. Every dish is polished to the point of perfection and I would be hard pressed to pick a favorite (and only just kept from licking the plates). It was lovely to sit next to the kitchen and watch the plating as well. Chef, all the sous chefs, and the servers are excellent and incredibly personable. (had a lovely substitution to accommodate a shellfish allergy) It is a special experience. Highly recommend.

A great experience in this small (6 tables only) restaurant.
The kitchen is right next to you so you can see the meticulous work the chefs are doing, organising each dish before it arrives to you table.
There is a lot of thought behind each dish and the wine pairing helps to emphasize the experience.
The service is spot on!
