My daughter and I stayed here during St. Patrick's Day week and we had a great visit.  Though it was busy the staff was amazing and made sure we had everything we needed.  The front desk staff was helpful and friendly and the manager did a great job making sure we had a great stay.  Every morning I had coffee and breakfast and they always remembered my coffee order and made me feel like a valued guest.  The room was large and very comfortable.  We will defintely stay here again.

From start to finish, this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. The staff were exceptional – some of the friendliest and most helpful people I've ever encountered during a stay. They truly made us feel welcome and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed.

The hotel’s location couldn’t have been better, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped.

Our group of 17 people booked five rooms, and we couldn’t have been happier with the accommodations. I honestly can't fault anything about our stay. Highly recommend!

Great location. Nice large room. Bathroom average with terrible water pressure from the shower head. Housekeeping was very disappointing - housekeeping entered our room without knocking while we were getting dressed at 9am. Advised front reception of this and advised that shower gel was empty and needed refilling when the room was serviced. Came back to the room at the end of the day, shower gel refilled but room was not serviced which was only an issue as we had used our towels to mop up excess water on the bathroom floor from the shower screen leaking whenever someone had a shower. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast good, but the hot food was slowly replenished which made for a longer wait for breakfast. The hotel does have some work to do to achieve the 4 star hotel rating.

Stayed here with 12 others for 3 nights to celebrate my hen weekend. Hotel is in the perfect location for exploring Dublin & is right in the centre of all of the action. Staff were friendly and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy, making sure every time we passed reception that we were ok. Rooms a great size and clean, comfy beds and bottles of water put in the room daily after the rooms were cleaned. Popped into Buskers as part of a bar crawl which had live music and a great atmosphere. Would 100% recommend and will be back!

Great place to stay when you want to party late. Food is open until past midnight. Perfect for a late night bite. Burgers, pizza, fries, sweets, and of course non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages available less than a stone throw away. Very centrally located. You could walk anywhere from here. Close to the hop on and off bus and other public transportation. Highly recommended for first timers.  No complaints here. Not for people that want dead silence for sleeping. They provide egg plugs if needed. With all the walking you'll likely not stay awake.
