We had a great stay at this hotel! The room was comfortable and spotless, with a perfect bed that made for a great night’s sleep. The shower was amazing, and we appreciated the high-quality Rituals toiletries. A cool touch was the in-room tablet, which let us order room service and even opt out of housekeeping to be more sustainable.

The food was excellent, both for room service and breakfast. The buffet staff was incredibly friendly, especially Constanza, who went out of her way to make us feel welcome.

That said, there were a few downsides. The pillows were too soft for our liking, and street noise from the back alley could be a bit disruptive. The bathroom could use more storage, and the closet doors didn’t close properly. The elevators felt outdated, and the third-floor call button kept breaking—staff seemed unaware of the issue. Also, a concierge initially told us it was impossible to heat up our takeout, but thankfully, someone from the kitchen kindly helped us and even brought us a tray.

Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, and we’d definitely consider staying here again!

Great New Years Break!

Arrived New Years Eve for 2 nights, allocated a room on a high floor which we like. We had an early flight so arrived very early, too early for check in but they stored our bags until our room was ready. Friendly, polite Reception Team!

Perfect location just at the end of Temple Bar, everything is within walking distance.

Rooms are of adequate size, clean and lovely toiletries. There is also a coffee machine and complimentary water.

We have stayed here a few times because we like it that much, it now seems to be our go to Hotel in Dublin.

First off: The hotel staff was amazing, the bar staff was super friendly and overall a good vibe in the entire lobby.

Rooms were clean, beds were great, the bathroom could use some recaulking, but it's a hotel so that's bound to happen.
Only - was the water was completely shut off due to renovations and there were renovations happening for the 2 nights we stayed there.

Normally not an issue, but the communication was: Use less water, not: You can't use water at all. Kind of forced us to not shower in the morning. Overall I would 100% recommend. Do ask for a room not facing the street though.

I love this place My first trip to Dublin Ireland it was spectacular this place is top notch and oh my gosh it is right in the middle of the best part of Dublin pubs everywhere fleet Street is exactly where you want to be! People are fantastic they checked me in without a hitch I could have stayed there way longer than the 3 days that I did what it experience. Oh and by the way the room service was so good fish and chips honestly better than England.

The bed was fine.  Service was fine. The location was great but street noise is loud.  My biggest complaint is the bathroom.  The door only opens about 18 inches. If you are bigger than that, you can’t get into the bathroom!  Once you do the toilet is so close to the shower that your knees hit the glass.  And, the toilet paper has no holder so you pick it up in your hands to use it, knowing that the previous guests did the same thing.  It is terribly unsanitary and gross.
