Enjoyed a delightful lunch at The Duck with friends who came over from Brazil. The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. I opted for the fish cakes, paired with a vibrant and flavourful G&T. The experience extended to the flower garden, where we took some memorable pictures. I'll definitely be returning for a dinner date.

Always enjoy my visits to The Duck. The Deputy Manager on duty was a most gracious and friendly host. Unfortunately, I cannot remember his name but he mentioned that he was originally from India and I thought he was brilliant at his job. It’s wonderful to see  such talented
people joining our work force here in Ireland.

I was very impressed with the menu - there were quite a number of items I was very tempted to order. Eventually, I decided on the seafood pasta dish. It was very, very tasty! Unfortunately, the fish was quite scarce! Loads of lovely pasta and yummy sauce but not so much fish! A few small bite sized pieces of salmon and very tiny bits of  other fish which I couldn’t identify….Overall, loved the dish but was disappointed due to the lack of fish!

I've had the pleasure of dining at some of the world's finest establishments throughout my life. Each one a lasting memory of excellent service, food, and ambiance. Unfortunately, never has one blindsided me such as The Duck.

True fine dining comes with a courteous nature, one that is lost on the staff of The Duck. Dirty looks from staff coupled with curt and unpleasant natures were shared towards my family. It was nothing shy of demeaning to not feel welcomed in a space we had so dearly prepared for. It is a shame I feel the need to write this review, as the ambiance and food were delightful.

In short, if you would only like adults as your patrons, do not allow reservations including minors. To call and specifically inquire beforehand, only to be met with curt natures and dirty looks day-of, is a disgraceful way to run such a lovely place of business. This hurt was worsened, as it was meant as a treat for the holidays.

Cozy & classy Manor house feel that you'd expect. We had the 2 course lunch. Great variety on the menu. God was presented well and tasted fab. Pure chill vibes. Just sit back and relax in luxury.
