The food here is alright. The original Doner kebab had a weird tomato and onion sauce that I didn't like. The reviews that say that this place is best enjoyed when drunk were probably right.

I have only ever been in this abrakebabra when im drunk but i have been in it many times. My affair with the Donnybrook Abras started when i started to go to Wesley back in the day, you would fall out of Wesley and get a kebab in before the designated mom or dad would arrive to collect you (god we had it good in those days!). In later years i didn't drink much in Donnybrook, Keilys got the odd visit which once or twice ended in a trip to the beloved kebab house. other than that there were night when i couldnt get a taxi and ended up walking as far as donnybrook, a bit of a trek but we were awarded by a chip butty and a large coke when we got there, the abrakebabra sign shone out like a beacon to us. I cant say the food is amazing or that the decor is nice, i have always been in some state of intoxication but i have never had any complaints for the place, maybe my lowered standards due to drink have helped these guys out or maybe the food truly is satisfying, i don't think ill ever know.....

I ordered from here a few times through deliveroo. The seasoned fries is my go to but more often than not there have been serious issues with my order. Two to three times I have found hair in my food, and every single time I have ordered the delivery driver has never came to my door and forced me to walk in the dark and cold. Extremely rude ownership, who just called and screamed to make sure I really wanted their food because I gave constructive criticism through the deliveroo app. Moving forward, I will never order from this place of business and I implore that that no one ever orders from here again. The only thing worse than their food is how they treat customers.

Top place...had an Abra Meat Box which was Nude!! It was served in a box with salad and sauce-the Nude bit was no bread. Meat was tasty and succulent consisting of pulled pork, lamb doner and chicken. Great value all for €6.50

You have to be really drunk to enjoy this and late night, this may be one of your last options. Otherwise, I find the kebabs sweet and underwhelming. Cheesy garlic fries = not bad...
