There was food all over the floor and tables. Staff don't seem to tidy up. The food was ok but not worth the money.

It was time to catch a quick lunch in the downtown center of Dublin. Many of the local pubs and restaurants were already filled which kept me walking until I stumbled upon Five Guys. I was also curious if this Five Guys would be similar to the ones in the States. Unlike the States, this restaurant had no wait time. I walked up to the counter and placed my order quickly. The place was very clean and the workers were constantly wiping down the tables and taking away any trash as customers were leaving. The cheeseburger tasted the same as in the States and before I could even think about finding a garbage container, a worker already had taken my bag and cup, depositing it away before I could say anything. The only reason I gave them a 4 out of 5 is because I wanted to keep my cup and refill this before leaving. I didn't have the opportunity to do this. Oh well!

Filthy, all tables and floors dirty. Fries served in paper bags. Staff is gentle but it seems not to be their fault but the way the place is everywhere. It's a " never come back"!!!

Sick of ordering from these clowns and getting the wrong order. The maddening part is they actually make good burgers and fries but their staff very obviously don't care or are sooo overstretched that they can't fulfill an order. Have complained through Delievroo and heard nothing back. Their fries used to be huge portions, now they are a handful at the bottom of a cup. And getting the right toppings on your burger is pure luck. Five Guys, please sort out your staffing issues, whatever they are. How hard it be to get people to put an order together?

Joan Jett is screaming about her love of Rock 'N' Roll as we enter the place. There about 12 thousand staff busily working behind the counter producing food to order in a production line that would have made Henry Ford proud. The menu is mercifully short and decisions come easily (2 BLTs, a hot dog with fries and a couple of drinks), we pay and move to the collection area where we have to wait a bit longer than I am used to at McDs or burger King... but this is different and more expensive so I'm guessing the food is fresher and better and worth waiting for. Order 31 is duly called and as I collect the bag I note that it is a lot heavier than I would have expected. Upon opening I find enough fries to sink a ship, I'm glad we only ordered one portion, they look incredibly good - thin and rough cut with bits of skin still on them, proper, home made fries. The BLT was not bad, very crispy bacon - well, I thought so, Wifey didn't like it at all and said the bread was not great. Junior very much enjoyed the hot-dog. The fries were awful. Salty to the point of being inedible, massively disappointing, I kept eating, they looked so good but damn, not good at all. leaving the SALTY fries aside the place is welcoming but not especially comfortable and the 28 euro bill felt a bit hefty for what we got. There are better burger joints within a stones throw, I'd try those instead.

Believe the hype. It was announced a few months ago that the US burger joint, a favourite of president Obama was finally making its way to Dublin. In its first week of opening in Dundrum Town Centre I witnessed queues of close to a hundred and after managing to get in during a quieter period late at night I can safely say it was worth the wait. Mind-blowingly tasty burgers that are fresh, made to order and come with a massive choice of toppings, customisable at no extra charge. Fries are cooked in 100% peanut oil and I went for the cajun option. Five Guys prides itself on making the freshest food possible every day and they don't have a freezer on site. I had a Bacon Cheeseburger, Regular Fries and a milkshake. It set me back 20 euro which may seem expensive for fast food but it probably could have fed 3 more people. Their burgers are double patty as standard, they offer free refills on soft drinks and there was absolutely nothing regular about the fries. The milkshake was probably the star of the show. Charged at a flat rate of 4.95 they are completely customisable from the lengthy list of toppings which even includes bacon bits (so wrong but soooo right). My advice is to go hungry and try bacon in your milkshake, you'll wonder what life was like before.

I often went to five guys when I lived in US. so I've always missed five guys! Finally I could eat five guys burger, fries, peanuts :D Dublin five guys burger, fries, peanuts is same taste as US five guys. But unfortunately there is expensive more than US shop.

We didnt seat in! But smells lovely when you coming in - like peanuts:) We took some chips with us - large and small portion. The guy on the till was so nice to us he gave us small portion for free and we paid just for large one:) 5.50€ You can take some peanuts for free while you are waiting for your order! It was super fast! I cant wait to go back for some burger and chips

My guilty pleasure. The burgers are so yummy, specially because you can customized with a good variety of condiments and preferred toppings. Love the fries... So crunchy. with bits of toasty skin and oversized portions, big enough to share. One other thing... The sodas! All imaginable flavors. It it just amazing to be able to taste again the 'fruit punch' I tried when I was little in Disneyworld Orlando. I am glad this restaurant is not at a walking distance from my place or I will be many, many pounds heavier. Delicious!
