Yesterday, I ordered Thai Massaman Curry with Chicken, which always comes with Boiled Rice according to their menu. Despite this, my order arrived without the rice. When I called to address the mistake, they blamed me for not specifically asking for the rice, despite it being clearly stated in their menu. They refused to rectify the mistake without charging for delivery, showing a complete lack of customer service. This experience was unacceptable, and I won't be returning to Riceland Raheny (17b Main St, Raheny - St. Assam, Dublin 5, D05 C6N3).
