Not for the insatiable. A budget hotel in Dublin with a relaxed atmosphere. The location really isn't terrible, with some nice eateries/pubs nearby and it's a pleasant walk to the centre. Don't let the photos representing the rooms online fool you, my room was nothing like it. What I got was incredibly basic; four walls and two beds and a bathroom you couldn't swing a cat in. The toilet sometimes made gurgling noises, perhaps triggered by the flushes of adjacent rooms or the activation of showers. There was a motor of some kind behind the bed wall that was intermittent, but thankfully not present after hours. I found it quite comfortable and it's definitely the sort of place that should appeal to young or basic need travellers. The front desk staff was most excellent.

Caveat emptor. Check the Facebook page for the business before visiting. In my opinion the owner comes across as rude and entitled. It Is likely this attitude permeates the atmosphere at the hotel.

First of all price was the best in Dublin location is perfect, its not too far from town and the 46A bus into town stops across the road. there are shops a 5 minute walk and a bar also. every member of staff we met was fantastic. we checked in a little early which was no problem. the reception staff we met during our stay were all lovely and couldn't be more helpful. the room is lovely. has all the amenities you need. flatscreen TV, tea/coffee making facilities, salon Hairdryer, even a fan. bed was unbelievably comfortable. bathrooms have clearly been done up recently and the walk in shower is really nice. our second day we had lunch in the cafe downstairs. this was fantastic. i recommend the buffalo wings, so cheap and the portion was massive and they were out of this world. compliments to Jason and Hayley who were fantastic with us. the breakfast for the hotel is also served downstairs and Jason again was working and looked after us and the food again was just perfect. cant wait to book again. just need to find some excuse to go to Dublin. a special thank you to the Owner Paul, we met him twice during our stay and i honestly cant say enough good things about him. took time to talk to us and make us feel really welcome. his staff are fantastic but he himself is a credit to the tourism industry. almost forgot to mention the lovely TV room/Relaxing reading area; this was so nice and quiet and comfortable that myself and my girlfriend didn't leave the second day. why go looking for comfort when you have it in the hotel.

Superb, inexpensive, stylish, the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in, friendly people, great cafe, go there (unless you are humour impaired, in which case stay away, because I may be there) highly recommended.

Stayed here in 2017 the owner is a very nice person, and the rest of the staff is highly trained. If you come to Ireland and need a nice clean and cozy place to stay I'd recommend that you stay here. Not only is the staff friendly but the food is also fantastic the staff will go above and beyond to make your stay and enjoyable and relaxing from my experience

The room and staff were great. For this price and being a 20 minute walk to Jamesons Distillery and 30 minutes to the heart of Dublin. Plus being outside the city made it easier to get out of the city if you rent a car. Daily parking is 7 euro which is crazy cheap for Dublin. The rooms were clean and a 5 star cafe is on the basement floor. Has a really nice living room/reading room and close to local pubs and food.

Stayed here with my husband for our first trip to Ireland. It's one of those places that help make the trip special. Rooms were wonderful, staff could not have been nicer, and it felt like home after touring around all day. I always say customer service is key. Some places get it, others don't. This place does.
