Se potessi zero , ragazza bionda riccia poco attenta per non dire altro , al telefono ho dovuto ripetere 1 mila volte le stesse cose arrivata li , non ostante anche il ritardi dellordine , sbagliano anche a farmelo . 20 euro du pizze di cui una 2,30 di aggiunta per il prosciutto crudo che nemmeno al super mercato lo pagano cosi ( Crudo spessisimo , due fette in croce messe a casa , immangiabile ) Mai piu .

Oggi, dopo molto tempo, ho voluto ridarvi fiducia, ordinando nuovamente la pizza presso il vostro punto vendita Panarea di Alba Adriatica.
Mi dispiace constatare che la situazione è la medesima, se non peggiore, di quando ho smesso di essere vostra cliente.
Questa sera la pizza maxi era grande come una normalissima pizza al piatto.
La sfoglia era talmente sottile da risultare inconsistente e la farcitura estremamente povera.
Quando in passato ordinavo le pizze al piatto, le dimensioni risultavano davvero piccolissime.
Per non parlare del fatto che non viene mai rispettato l'orario previsto per il ritiro e il personale non brilla certo per cortesia e disponibilità.
Sono rammaricata, ma il servizio fornito è davvero pessimo.

Today, after a long time, I wanted to restore your trust by ordering pizza again at your Panarea store in Alba Adriatica.
I am sorry to note that the situation is the same, if not worse, than when I stopped being your customer.
This evening the maxi pizza was as big as a normal plated pizza.
The pastry was so thin that it was inconsistent and the filling extremely poor.
When I ordered pizzas by the plate in the past, the dimensions were very small.
Not to mention the fact that the scheduled time for collection is never respected and the staff certainly does not shine with courtesy and helpfulness.
I'm sorry, but the service provided is really bad.

La pizza Panarea è qualitativamente modesta e non si tratta di lunga lievitazione. Se non si trova di meglio o non si può andare lontani, rappresenta un buon compromesso purché ci si accontenti.

Ora, per curiosità, prima di pubblicare la recensione ho scoperto che hanno un sito nel quale riportano della lunga lievitazione e della qualità dei prodotti locali, facendomi venire un dubbio: leggendola sembrerebbe buonissima, ma avendola provata la mia esperienza si è rivelata deludente. E poi.. a me è stata detta una cosa differente sulla lievitazione. Quindi boh!

Panarea pizza is qualitatively modest and does not require a long leavening. If you can't find anything better or you can't go far, it represents a good compromise as long as you're happy with it.

Now, out of curiosity, before publishing the review I discovered that they have a site in which they report on the long leavening and the quality of local products, making me have a doubt: reading it it would seem very good, but having tried it my experience turned out to be disappointing. And then... I was told something different about leavening. So wow!

Pizza Buona e prezzo giusto, peccato che i sei spicchi acquistati mi sono stati sistemati per l'asporto in un vassoio di carta piccolo, sovrapposti ed incartati con l'ovvio risultato di far attaccare il tutta la mozzarella, anche alla carta dell'incarto. Tutto da buttare ! In fase di servizio conscia del risultato finale, ho fatto presente la cosa alla banconista che mi ha perfino ripreso dicendomi che in base ai pezzi considera i vassoi. Be considera male ! Ho preferito non rispondere.....

Everything to throw away! During the service phase, aware of the final result, I pointed this out to the counter clerk who even reprimanded me by telling me that she considers the trays based on the pieces. Well consider it bad! I preferred not to answer.....
