Wow! Vegetarian possibilities, friendly staff, professional atmosphere and mouth-watering menus
We came here by chance because another restaurant was too busy. This Restaurant is listed in the Gambero Rosso and for a reason!

Both Vegetarians, my husband and I were able to easily swap the non - vegetarian course for vegetarian ones and we really enjoyed the service, the atmosphere and the food.

Side note: the best restroom I've seen (and used) in our three-weeks trip through Italy...

Cena davvero speciale in un luogo assolutamente esclusivo. Il ristorante è a un angolo di Piazza San Giustino, sembra quasi scavato nel sottosuolo in una cornice molto elegante e soffusa.
Qualità del servizio e del cibo da una stella Michelin, prezzi onesti. Pane fatto in casa al top. Sicuramente tornerò, magari in compagnia di qualche amico non di Chieti: è uno di quei posti in cui puoi vantarti della bellezza del nostro territorio da un punto di vista culinario, ma anche estetico.

Truly special dinner in an absolutely exclusive place. The restaurant is on a corner of Piazza San Giustino, it almost seems dug underground in a very elegant and soft setting.
Quality of service and food from a Michelin star, honest prices. Homemade bread at the top. I will definitely return, perhaps in the company of some friends who are not from Chieti: it is one of those places where you can boast of the beauty of our territory from a culinary, but also aesthetic point of view.

Esperienza davvero positiva. L’ambiente è molto curato e accogliente, con una bella esposizione di vini ad arricchire la sala. Servizio impeccabile, personale davvero gentile e attento al cliente. E il cibo è stato sorprendente, i piatti sono ben studiati, equilibrati nei sapori, con materie prime eccellenti. Molto soddisfatta.

Really positive experience. The environment is very nice and welcoming, with a beautiful display of wines to enrich the room. Impeccable service, really friendly and customer-focused staff. And the food was surprising, the dishes are well designed, balanced in flavours, with excellent raw materials. Very satisfied.

Ieri sera siamo stati in questo posto meraviglioso. Abbiamo trovato un ambiente molto accogliente e rilassante con una musica di sottofondo molto piacevole. Il menù degustazione ha soddisfatto ampiamente le nostre aspettative, con sapori delicati ma molto gustosi. Ampia scelta di vini. I ragazzi sono stati gentilissimi, il servizio impeccabile. Siamo stati benissimo e ci torneremo sicuramente!

Last night we went to this wonderful place. We found a very welcoming and relaxing environment with very pleasant background music. The tasting menu largely met our expectations, with delicate but very tasty flavours. Wide choice of wines. The guys were very kind, the service was impeccable. We had a great time and will definitely be back!
