To start, the service was impeccable. The wine list was expansive with many options and pairings available for any options you choose on the menu. My only complaint was that the lamb was fried to a well done temperature and was extremely oily to the point that I was unable to finish the third course.

Pleasant gourmet cooking experience.

It’s the only restaurant in Pescara city center that offer something different and unique.
The restaurant interiors has just few tables but the environment is clean and modern with open kitchen view.

The food is tasty with surprising and wonderful aroma and texture. There are some interesting aroma combination made with local food. “Tortello cacio a pepe” is an explosion of flavor for your senses.

I expect to see this restaurant higher in the ranking soon.

This restaurant had great reviews but to be honest the food was ok, nothing to sing and dance about so was a little disappointed. We could also see and hear the microwave being used a lot, granted he was on his own but not great.

We had a wonderful evening at Nole. We were warmly welcomed and our table enjoyed the Vegetable Menu with wine pairing. Every dish was attractively presented, delicious and local.
