A friend from Sambuceto brought my Italian husband and I here for lunch. It was one of the best seafood restaurants I’ve been to around abruzzo. From the service, the presentation of the dishes, the quality and freshness of the food, everything was done very well. We ordered hot and cold anti-pasti, the gnocchi with scampi was exquisite. 10/10 would recommend visitors going to Sambuceto to dine here, and would definitely return.

Great experience! Michline recommended for a good reason. A bit too crowded, especially for time of pandemic. Slow and friendly service. Good prices. Very good kitchen!

The tartar as a starter was delicious (zhown here). Also really good bread and loved the biscotti that came complimentary with my coffee at the end.

However, for my main I ordered the rigatoni which I was really looking forward to but ended up not being as good as I had hoped. With the shrimp in it, it had a mild fishy flavor which was a little disappointing considering they are Michelin starred and came recommended. Also they said they ran out of parmesan during lunch service, which is a first in Italy for me.

Overall happy I tried it but it wouldn't be my first pick next time. For the price paid- to food enjoyment level, I'd rate it as just ok.

Not what we were expecting.  The food was decent- not extraordinary and the service was ok.  The marinara sauce was very sweet and we had 2 extremely mushy langostinos, one of which was large and on the mixed seafood plate so should have been good.  The fresh pasta was good as was the bread and the vegetables.  The wine was good too.  Everything else was not extraordinary as we would have expected from a restaurant that shows that it has received a michelin star in 2019 and 2021.  I wish they would have this Michelin star cuisine and  service available for everyone.  The music was fairly boring and the table next to us seemed to be getting the Michelin star service that we had hoped
to get.
