Excellent restaurant. The place is in Terra Nova di Pollino a National Park. The restaurant has a beautiful view of Pollino National Park. The food is delicious, all home made and well presented. The service was excellent and even the chef came out to visit with us. This is a Michellin star restaurant; well worth visiting. If you are in the are I recommend it 💯

Qualità,bontà e innovazione in un unico ristorante.  Entrando si percepisce un aria di casa e calore accolti da Federico persona ottima e simpatica . La particolarità nei piatti sta nella loro preparazione e nel gusto ( ad esempio pasta fatta con farina di ceci o carne tenerissima unita a spezie e agrumi ) . Il prezzo è giusto e la vista è mozzafiato affacciato sul parco del pollino .

Quality, goodness and innovation in a single restaurant.  Upon entering you feel an air of home and warmth welcomed by Federico, an excellent and friendly person. The peculiarity of the dishes lies in their preparation and taste (for example pasta made with chickpea flour or very tender meat combined with spices and citrus fruits). The price is right and the view is breathtaking overlooking the Pollino park.

I miei zii me lo hanno fatto scoprire, un posticino delizioso, un menú particolarmente Gustoso, dietro ogni piatto c'è studio e storia, e lo chef Federico, ti racconta personalmente la storia che c'è  dietro ogni piatto che viene servito, storia e cultura si intrecciano  in un favoloso connubio tra la tradizione e l'eleganza dell'innovazione! I piatti li assapori con tutti e 5 i sensi, li mangi guardando la presentazione, ascoltando la spiegazione del piatto dallo chef, e poi con quei profumi e sapori c'è  da leccarsi le dita😋! Io sono un' amante della scoperta dei nuovi sapori, e quando vedo nel menù qualcosa che mi attira mi lascio conquistare... e infatti Il piatto che mi ha Stupito è  stato il primo : " Strozzapreti dalle donne monache"(ricetta del 1675) Strozzapreti  verdi, limone, cannella,mosto cotto  e liquirizia, SQUISITO!!! Sicuramente  un'esperienza  consigliatissimo! Grazie Chef per regalare un'assaggio della sua passione a noi comuni mangiatori😊

My uncles made me discover it, a delightful little place, a particularly tasty menu, behind every dish there is study and history, and chef Federico personally tells you the story behind every dish that is served, history and culture intertwine in a fabulous combination of tradition and the elegance of innovation! You savor the dishes with all 5 senses, you eat them while looking at the presentation, listening to the chef's explanation of the dish, and then with those aromas and flavors it's finger-licking 😋! I am a lover of discovering new flavours, and when I see something on the menu that attracts me I let myself be won over... and in fact the dish that amazed me was the first: "Strozzapreti dalle donne monache" (recipe from 1675) Green strozzapreti, lemon, cinnamon, cooked must and liquorice, EXQUISITE!!! Definitely a highly recommended experience! Thank you Chef for giving a taste of your passion to us common eaters😊
