Che dire... quando siamo arrivati... dall' esterno non sapevo cosa aspettarmi ed invece.... Piacevolissima sorpresa, un ambiente intimo, rilassante. Il servizio molto discreto con il maître di sala davvero preciso e professionale.
Abbiamo ordinato dei ravioli di stracotto di magatello in crema di zafferano di Bivongi e gocce di liquirizia che vi invito assolutamente a provare ...sono spettacolari 😍(fate presto perché tra poco li toglieranno da menù 😭), e poi panino di pane arso con pesce spada pomodorini confit pesto ...e nella ricetta originale c'è il cacio cavallo che io non ho fatto mettere... È stata davvero una esperienza da ripetere. Lo chef è anche uscito in sala e come non ringraziarlo per l'amaro al Bergamotto aloe e finocchietto?
Ragazzi grazie ❤️❤️❤️ davvero un viaggio nel gusto del nostro territorio ma con quell' innovazione che ci vuole

What can I say... when we arrived... from the outside I didn't know what to expect and instead.... A very pleasant surprise, an intimate, relaxing environment. The very discreet service with the truly precise and professional waitress.
We ordered some ravioli with magatello stew in Bivongi saffron cream and drops of liquorice which I absolutely invite you to try... they are spectacular 😍 (hurry because they will soon be removing them from the menu 😭), and then a burnt bread sandwich with swordfish confit tomatoes pesto ...and in the original recipe there is caciocavallo which I didn't add... It was truly an experience worth repeating. The chef also came out to the dining room and how could we not thank him for the Bergamot, aloe and fennel bitters?

Ristorante minimale e di aspetto gradevole. Atmosfera piacevole e rilassante, servizio all’altezza della serata, cameriere elegante e molto gentile oltre che attento alle esigenze del cliente . Vino ottimo e giusto nel costo al tavolo, carni di livello e di produzione propria, cotte e presentate con ingredienti vegetali a contorno. Siamo rimasti soddisfatti in tutto, pertanto consiglio il locale L’officina del Gusto .

Minimal and pleasant looking restaurant. Pleasant and relaxing atmosphere, service worthy of the evening, elegant and very kind waiter as well as attentive to the customer's needs. Excellent wine and fair price at the table, quality and home-produced meats, cooked and presented with vegetable ingredients on the side. We were satisfied with everything, therefore I recommend the local L'officina del Gusto.

Sono stato ospite a cena e ho mangiato con menu degustazione di pesce. Pietanze cucinate con cura e ingredienti a km 0. Menzione per l'acquerello con i gamberetti cucinato alla perfezione. Il pane, con diversi impasti, è preparato dallo chef e vi viene servito caldo su un vassoio da portata. Bella sorpresa gli olii d'oliva a km0 anch'essi, il sale grezzo in dotazione ad ogni tavolo. Personalmente ho degustato con il pane i tre disponibili : classico, aromatizzato al bergamotto e al peperoncino. Una tagliata di pesce spada l'ho condita con sale grezzo e olio al bergamotto e l'ho trovato un abbinamento molto interessante. Carta dei vini essenziale, ma con cantine calabresi comunque molto buone e prezzi assolutamente competitivi. Io ho abbinato la mia cena a tutto pasto con un Pecorello di Ferrocinto. Il locale è luminoso, romantico, molto curato ed essenziale, con il personale di sala gentile, premuroso, ma non invadente. Rapporto qualità prezzo alto soprattutto se siete abituati ai prezzi delle cene a base di pesce al Nord. Tornerò sicuramente a provare il loro menu di terra e i loro panini gourmet.

I was a guest for dinner and ate from the fish tasting menu. Dishes cooked with care and 0 km ingredients. Mention for the watercolor with shrimp cooked to perfection. The bread, with different doughs, is prepared by the chef and is served hot on a serving tray. Nice surprise: the 0km olive oils too, and the raw salt supplied at each table. Personally I tasted the three available with bread: classic, flavored with bergamot and chilli. I seasoned a slice of swordfish with raw salt and bergamot oil and found it to be a very interesting combination. Basic wine list, but with very good Calabrian wineries and absolutely competitive prices. I paired my full-course dinner with a Pecorello di Ferrocinto. The place is bright, romantic, very well-kept and essential, with the waitstaff kind, attentive, but not intrusive. High value for money especially if you are used to the prices of fish-based dinners in the North. I will definitely be back to try their land menu and their gourmet sandwiches.
