On our recent trip to Naples, we were on a mission to test the highest rated and most popular pizzerias. We had to visit Sorbillo.

Our first visit was a disaster. We were prepared to wait for a long time since we went in the evening.
Compared to other places, the queue system was utter chaos and seemed random.

Due to this, the guests and the staff seemed annoyed. The lady at the door just kept saying there are a few people before you.
We ended up waiting for 2.5 hours and made it in just before the place closed.

The pizzas were absolutely fantastic, but the mood was spoiled and so much time was wasted.
The only time our waitress was nice was when we paid and it was time for her tip.

We had to give it another try and visited a few days later.
We made sure to arrive before the opening time and were one of the first in the queue.
It was a completely different experience, no chaos and people were in a good mood. We finally got to enjoy our pizza in the atmosphere it deserved.

My advice, don't go there in the evening but rather before they open up their doors and you'll get to enjoy one of the best pizzas in Naples!

Food and atmosphere are very nice! Pizza is delicious and there are plenty varieties of pizza.
We have had an unpleasant experience with the table. We had been given a nice table and 10 minutes later the waitress told us to move to another place, because they needed our table so they could make a bigger one for a coming group.
P.S. Second floor is cozier.
If you don’t have a reservation better go earlier than 7pm, otherwise you will have to wait on the line.

It was fantastic ! Signed up for the queue- didn’t even get to finish my beer across the street before it was our turn. 👍 the staff friendly and helpful. Busy place so they kinda forgot to keep up the drinks as we got empty. The pizza was spectacular! Dough was crunchy and chewy - toppings was great. And the prices was very nice as well!
This is a place worth taking a plane to get to 🇮🇹❤️💥

A friend recommended me this place and I can say it was the best pizza I ever had. You can see from the 26k reviews that this place is often visited. We went at around 10:30pm and it was full. We waited 10 minutes for a table.
The service is fast and the stuff very nice.
The pizzas arrived in about 10 minutes.
The coperto is 2€.
