My husband and I got married here in August 2024. From our wedding ceremony to the reception dinner, Antonella made sure every detail was taken care of. We had family and friends flying from all over the world and everyone had a great experience at Marincanto. The hotel has stunning views, amazing food, a private beach, a pool and multiple suite options. I would also recommend starting your honeymoon here, the hotel has many amenities and Positano culinary scene is exceptional. Again, I want to thank Antonella, Salvatore and the rest of the staff for making our dream wedding a reality!!

The room (suite Lincanto) we stayed in was beautiful with a large patio/terrace overlooking the coast and included a view of the city.

The service at Hotel Marincanto was hands-down one of the best experiences we've had, globally. Everything they did came with sincerity. They really made our stay in Italy a really good one.

Location
The location is amazing. You are a handful of minutes in walking distance from everything. This walking goes by fast because you are on the main road (I suppose you could call it that, it is 1-way) and the views are beautiful.

The staff and views make the hotel exceptional and difficult to leave.  We loved our visit.  Breakfast was amazing, dinner was delicious and cocktails were worth every penny.
A bit disappointed in room.  There was a smell coming from the bathroom that was not good.  The shower jets were inadequate and the internet was poor.  We were there during 2 days of incredibly bad weather which I think contributed to these issues.  We did not report this to staff because we loved our room anyway.
You will not receive better service or care anywhere.  Each staff member is truly exceptional.

Visiting Positano has been a bucketlist item for us and Hotel Marincanto somehow made the experience exceed our expectations - it has earned a spot as one of our absolute favorite hotels and is an experience of its own.

Extremely romantic with unbeatable views, the view of Positano from Marincanto was by far the best we found during our time there. Marincanto is the only hotel in Positano that offers private access to the beach and we were spoiled trying to choose between enjoying the beach or the gorgeous infinity pool - both with stunning views. The on-property restaurant was excellent and the staff always made sure we had a spritz in hand 😉 The property is an easy walk into town as well, which is a huge plus for Positano!

The staff however truly made the experience impeccable. We somehow always returned to a perfectly made bed and the entire staff (reception, restaurant, beach club) became familiar faces during our stay. They were all incredibly warm and friendly, and it was clear they were deeply invested in ensuring we had a magical experience. At any other hotel I wouldn’t be surprised if any of the staff were loved by their guests by name (that’s how great everyone was!) and we connected with multiple staff members but Paolo truly captured our hearts. We always looked forward to his delightful smile and energy. He took wonderful care of us - ensuring we had reservations, recommendations and anything we could possibly need.

Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. Thank you to the entire Hotel Marincanto staff and Paolo for a visit we’ll remember fondly for a long time, we can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful junior suite (room 202) with incredible views and unbeatable service around.   Check-in was a breeze with a greeting by Christian and amazing concierge by Paolo.   The breakfast is delicious and plentiful, and Bruno always greets with a warmth.     Ronaldo and Pietro at the bar were awesome.   Room was serviced promptly and thoroughly each day.   TRULY thankful for Paolo and his team at the reception / concierge for the tips and reservations/shuttles on restaurant options, ferry choices and all kinds of other wildly useful insights on the area.  Our trip would not have been as amazing if not for this hotel and the team running it!!!
