Lovely setting, however asked for a table with a view. Got to restaurant and the plastic shutters were down, next to table.  Asked if they could open shutters, even just for a little while during sunset. We were told no, as the waiters get cold with them open ! May as well of sat in the middle of restaurant. Waited a long time to be served with no one else in the place!
Service and customer service needs to be improved with the price you pay.

We ordered the breaded chicken sandwich and were shocked and disappointed to find that it definitely wasnt chicken but a dark meat, perhaps beef? It was not enjoyable, very dry and absolutely not worth €14 each. The seating was nice and staff were pleasant but such an expensive lunch that was not what it said on the menu. Tourist trap. AVOID!

Great place to get a panini to eat and a beer before normal local dinner hours in Ravello.  It’s a bit pricey for a panini, but there’s cat entertainment included 😻😸😼
