The staff is amazing.  The food is very good but extremely expensive for the area. Wanted the veal, but they were out of it on a Friday? I am not too sure of other local options, but if you go here, bring a lot of money.

Alcuni dei miei colleghi hanno scelto le linguine all’astice, confermando la versatilità del menù nel soddisfare anche i palati più esigenti.

Gli antipasti sono stati un vero trionfo di sapori locali: dai salumi e formaggi della zona al fritto leggero e croccante. Particolarmente degna di nota la bruschetta con provola e tartufo nero appena grattugiato, un’autentica delizia. Il servizio è impeccabile, con personale attento e premuroso che sa come mettere gli ospiti a proprio agio. Anche lo chef si è mostrato disponibile, assicurandosi che ogni dettaglio fosse perfetto.

La mise en place è curata ed elegante, ideale per un’occasione speciale. La selezione dei vini è altrettanto raffinata; quello che ci è stato proposto era eccellente e ha accompagnato il pasto in modo sublime. In sintesi, la Trattoria Pascalucci è un luogo che consiglio vivamente e dove non vedo l’ora di tornare per gustare con calma tutte le specialità che questo posto ha da offrire.

The environment is rustic, but also elegant, creating a welcoming and refined atmosphere, perfect for both business lunches and more intimate and romantic dinners.

The quality of the food is exceptional, with dishes ranging from meat to fish. We had the pleasure of tasting delicious truffle dishes, both black and white, paired with perfectly prepared tagliolini. Some of my colleagues chose the lobster linguine, confirming the versatility of the menu in satisfying even the most demanding palates.

The starters were a true triumph of local flavours: from the local cured meats and cheeses to the light and crunchy fried food. Particularly noteworthy is the bruschetta with provola and freshly grated black truffle, an authentic delight. The service is impeccable, with attentive and attentive staff who know how to put guests at ease. The chef was also helpful, making sure every detail was perfect.

The mise en place is refined and elegant, ideal for a special occasion. The wine selection is equally refined; what was offered to us was excellent and accompanied the meal in a sublime way.
