Botania exceeded all expectations. Even more beautiful in person, it is an oasis of calm amid the hustle and bustle of Naples and the Amalfi coast. The staff were incredible and couldn’t do enough to help - especially Claudia in guest relations who went above and beyond to make recommendations and bookings for us. The food is exceptional - they even have a juice bar and in house bakery for breakfast. The grounds are stunning and the morning yoga offered amongst the gardens was a highlight. One of my favourite hotel experiences, I cannot recommend it highly enough. Looking forward to returning in the not too distant future and thank you to all the staff who made our stay so memorable.

Hidden gem for best vac ever

It is the best place for spending your vac in Ischia. Located slightly further away from city centre and therefore offers quiet surroundings for a good rest. Room design is contemporary and I like it a lot -very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. Breakfast/lunch and dinner was excellent and incredibly varied – fresh and on time. But the impeccable service and hospitality of the staff made our retreat most enjoyable.  The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed me the most. No matter what, they did their best. We felt like we stayed with the family.

Please be aware of mosquitoes. One recommendation, implement unique name badges to match your brand, event, style and much more your unique workforce.

Generally, the hotel was above expectation. Chapeau!

PS: One of the key issues that many chefs face in dealing with dietary requirements in the kitchen is that it changes the nature of their dish. Due my dietary restrictions, it was not easy to manage it, but they did it. For this reason, I surprised them with sweet appreciation.

Botania is exceptional in every way. It’s beautiful, tranquil, and well-designed. The pool is impeccable, indoor thermal spas impossibly relaxing, grounds pristine and gorgeous, rooms extremely lovely and comfortable. What made this experience extra special was the immense kindness of the staff, especially Titi and Claudia who arranged everything we needed (and even addressed fairly niche requests for an island like ‘where can we play tennis and rent racquets’), and Lorenzo poolside. We really can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at the Botania last month. Having researched Ischia hotels thoroughly we were not disappointed with our choice and agree with all of the glowing reviews. There are so many wonderful staff but special mention goes to Onofrio in the bar and Claudia. I particularly enjoyed the morning yoga with Luisa, her sessions combined with the hotel setting made for a special start to the day. We hope to be back again soon.
