Naples offers some must-visit locations, and this spot is no exception. The view from the top is absolutely breathtaking, making the climb well worth the effort. I took the steps along Montesanto, which, while charming, was quite exhausting. Unfortunately, the lingering smell from the gutters made the experience less pleasant. If cleanliness were improved, this site would truly be a standout destination. For a more comfortable visit, I’d recommend taking a taxi instead of walking. Also, I would suggest to catch sunset, it would be worth it.

Went at dusk and had some wonderful views of the sunset from the gardens and terrace of the priors quarters. Sadly it also meant some areas were already closing so we didn't get to see the naval section or the upper floor. Some beautiful artwork in the church and the opportunity to use a VR headset to be in a nativity was fun. Once more our Artecard 365 paid it's way

Worth a visit for art, architecture, history and really good view. There is no need to spend another €6 to visit the castle above the museum. I don't think your selfies are going to be any better there.

From Toledo it’s a steep walk up to the Certosa by sloped streets and steps rewarded by an in depth view of the streets and Vomero. The views from the Certosa di San Martino are fabulous.  Interesting collections. I enjoyed the naval collection and the Luca Giordano ceiling in the church. Worthwhile.
