Qualunque sarà il verdetto della Michelin del 5 novembre a Modena, questo posto ha conquistato 2 stelle su 3 nel mio cuore. Conoscevo già la bellezza e l'eleganza dell'Hotel Romeo che ospita il nuovo ristorante di Alain Ducasse a Napoli, ma la cena dell'altra sera è andata oltre le mie aspettative. Cucina vera, di tradizione e innovazione, di bellezza e di gusto. Servizio giovane ma quasi impeccabile, ogni particolare è ben studiato, dopo pochi mesi, sono già una macchina da guerra. In bocca al lupo, ci rivedremo presto!

Whatever the Michelin verdict on November 5th in Modena, this place has won 2 out of 3 stars in my heart. I already knew the beauty and elegance of the Hotel Romeo which hosts Alain Ducasse's new restaurant in Naples, but dinner the other evening went beyond my expectations. True cuisine, of tradition and innovation, of beauty and taste. Young but almost impeccable service, every detail is well studied, after a few months, they are already a war machine. Good luck, we'll see you again soon!

Bellissima esperienza , piatti  ricercati belli da vedere , gusto prelibato e ben equilibrato dagli antipasti al desser . È un percorso sensoriale e visivo che consiglio non solo agli amanti della cucina francese, ma soprattutto a chi ricerca cibo di ottima qualità e nuovi accostamenti . Ho adorato il pane preparato dallo chef, tra i diversi tipi ho preferito quello con albicocche e nocciole. I vini sempre adeguati ai piatti e di ottima qualità . Servizio impeccabile.Lo consiglio vivamente.

Beautiful experience, refined dishes that are beautiful to look at, delicious and well-balanced taste from starters to dessert. It is a sensorial and visual journey that I recommend not only to lovers of French cuisine, but above all to those looking for excellent quality food and new combinations. I loved the bread prepared by the chef, among the different types I preferred the one with apricots and hazelnuts. The wines are always suitable for the dishes and of excellent quality. Ho avuto l'opportunità di provare il menu full experience. L'inizio è stato segnato da una serie di amuse-bouche prima degli antipasti, un preludio eccellente a ciò che sarebbe seguito. Tuttavia, devo notare che la tartellette servite negli amuse-bouche era piuttosto ignota: il gusto non mi ha colpito e non sono riuscito a identificare chiaramente gli ingredienti, lasciandomi un po' perplesso.
Tra i piatti assaggiati, il raviolo di foie gras con consommé di pollo si è distinto per la sua delicatezza e ricchezza di sapori, una vera delizia per il palato. Ma è stato il piccione con ciliegie, agretti e sfoglie di patate a rubare la scena: una combinazione di ingredienti ben equilibrata e perfettamente eseguita, che ha creato un piatto memorabile e complesso.
Un'altra nota positiva è il burro servito con il pane, che ha aggiunto un tocco in più all'esperienza. Tuttavia, il pane in sé è stato l'unico elemento del menu che ho trovato deludente; forse mi aspettavo qualcosa di più.
Il pairing dei vini è stato curato con attenzione e ha accompagnato perfettamente ogni portata, esaltando i sapori senza mai sovrastarli. Il servizio, infine, è stato impeccabile: professionale, attento e discreto, ha reso l'intera esperienza ancora più piacevole.

I had the opportunity to try the full experience menu. The start was marked by a series of amuse-bouche before the starters, an excellent prelude to what was to follow. However, I must note that the tartlet served in the amuse-bouche was rather unfamiliar: the taste didn't impress me and I couldn't clearly identify the ingredients, leaving me a bit perplexed.
Among the dishes tasted, the foie gras ravioli with chicken consommé stood out for its delicacy and richness of flavours, a true delight for the palate. But it was the pigeon with cherries, agretti and potato sheets that stole the show: a well-balanced and perfectly executed combination of ingredients, which created a memorable and complex dish.
Another positive note is the butter served with the bread, which added an extra touch to the experience. However, the bread itself was the only item on the menu that I found disappointing; Maybe I was expecting something more.
The pairing of the wines was carefully curated and accompanied each course perfectly, enhancing the flavors without ever overpowering them. Finally, the service was impeccable: professional, attentive and discreet, it made the whole experience even more pleasant.

Ho scelto questo posto magico, per la proposta di matrimonio alla mia ragazza, ho girato diversi stellati ma la location dell’hotel Romeo fa davvero la differenza per questo super ristorante con cibo prelibato che lascia un’emozione ad ogni boccone e soprattutto punta di diamante del ristorante, Francesco! Ragazzo di soli 24 anni Napoletano, che gestisce la sala con una professionalità, una passione e un’empatia fenomenale e permette ai clienti di stare a proprio agio e sentirsi coccolati! Ritorneremo.

I chose this magical place for the marriage proposal to my girlfriend, I visited several starred restaurants but the location of the Romeo hotel really makes the difference for this super restaurant with delicious food that leaves an emotion in every bite and above all a jewel in the crown of the restaurant, Francesco! Only 24 year old Neapolitan boy, who manages the room with phenomenal professionalism, passion and empathy and allows customers to feel at ease and pampered! We will return.
