NOT tourist friendly. Black haired woman immediately treated me poorly as a tourist as soon  as I slightly mispronounced my order. Purposely charged me for 2 dishes when I clearly ordered one, and the wrong coffee (she repeated the full correct order back to me, and then rang me up for the completely wrong one and was incredibly rude to me - wouldn’t even look me in the eye the second she noticed I was American).

We were there once and we liked it. I don't understand why people give it bad reviews. Firstly, their sweets are magnificent, extremely tasty. It's very crowded, because the whole world wants to visit Italy and Naples, and half the world is in this train station and visits this Food Hall. The service is very good.  There's a pretty nice girl there.

We had a few items - espresso in a chocolate cone, nocciola and my order. The two items were decent and I ordered what is seen on the display board hung above the store. I don’t read or understand Italian, so pardon me if I have mistook the ingredients listed. But that photo shows something dark brown coloured liquid which I assume is an espresso shot or espresso cream or chocolate. What I got was a white cream nothing in that dark brown coffee or chocolate like colour. I don’t know why I almost twice the price (compared to a local read side shop) just to be given cream. Additional espresso would have made all the difference.

Had coffee here a couple of times whe. Going on days out on the train.
Coffee is fast hot and not burnt so a bonus for take away coffee locations.
Staff are a bit blunt and even if you rider in Italian they reply in English of your not Italian, not sure if this is rude or helpful. Not for me learning the language but maybe in getting the job done.

I had a disappointing experience at this café. The service was horrible — staff seemed disinterested and inattentive. As for the coffee, it was the worst I’ve had in Italy. I had high expectations, but the quality here fell far short. Definitely won’t be returning.
