Dal genio culinario ma anche commerciale di Enzo Coccia uno dei locali più originali in città in ordine alla pizza fritta. Aperto da pochi mesi proprio adiacente alla ormai leggendaria "La Notizia". Come il nome insegna questo nuovo ristorante è dedicato agli "sfizi" che la prima non tratta: ovvero la pizza fritta e la mbostarella (non sentivo questo termine da quando era in vita mia nonna materna, ed è una chiara ed ennesima elezione di richiamo alla tradizione partenopea gastronomica e semplice). La caratteristica delle pizze fritte, che le rendono davvero originali, sono: formato quasi mignon, ingredienti davvero al top e, ancora una volta, identicamente a come avviene per la pizza "normale" della notizia, l'impasto e la preparazione rendono il prodotto finale di una leggerezza che non ha paragoni! L'unico posto dove ve ne potete mangiare 3 e sentirvi sazi ma non appesantiti, tanto da far sorgere il dubbio se il risultato sia frutto di studio certosino....o di magica alchimia ;)  La 'mpustarella (o mbostarella come diceva mia nonna avellinese :)) è un panino senza mollica farcito con ampia scelta (parmigiana di melanzane è un must). Anche qui di una leggerezza quasi...."deludente" perché ne vorresti ordinare immediatamente un altro. Buonissimo e mai pesante. Capisco la scelta di abbinare prosecco e bollicine come vuole la  tendenza gastronomica secondo la quale queste "smaltirebbero" o "scioglierebbero" il sapore "grasso" del fritto, ma stante la leggerezza delle portate e per il mio soggettivo gusto, preferisco sempre una sana birra. Purtroppo, questo versante si manifesta l'unico e annoso neo delle pizzerie di Enzo Coccia: birra artigianale mono marca che limita l'avventore nella scelta. Per il resto personale iper professionale e più formale rispetto a La Notizia ma si ha comunque la sensazione di essere tra amici. L'atmosfera è elegante ma non troppo formale, l'arredo innovativo tendente al raffinato. Costi nella media. Non si registrano grandi attese nel sedersi.

From the culinary but also commercial genius of Enzo Coccia, one of the most original places in the city when it comes to fried pizza. Opened a few months ago right next to the now legendary "La Notizia". As the name suggests, this new restaurant is dedicated to the "treats" that the first one does not deal with: that is, fried pizza and mbostarella (I hadn't heard this term since my maternal grandmother was alive, and it is a clear and umpteenth choice to recall the gastronomic and simple Neapolitan tradition). The characteristic of fried pizzas, which make them truly original, are: almost miniature format, really top ingredients and, once again, identically to what happens with the "normal" pizza in the news, the dough and preparation make the product final of a lightness that has no comparison! The only place where you can eat 3 and feel full but not weighed down, so much so that it raises the doubt whether the result is the result of painstaking study....or of magical alchemy ;) The 'mpustarella (or mbostarella as I used to say grandmother from Avellino :)) is a crumb-free sandwich filled with a wide choice (aubergine parmigiana is a must). Here too, it's almost light...."disappointing" because you would immediately want to order another one. Very good and never heavy. I understand the choice to combine prosecco and bubbles as required by the gastronomic trend according to which these would "dispose" or "dissolve" the "fatty" flavor of fried foods, but given the lightness of the dishes and my subjective taste, I always prefer a healthy beer . Unfortunately, this side manifests itself as the only long-standing flaw in Enzo Coccia's pizzerias: single-brand craft beer that limits the customer's choice. For the rest, the staff is hyper professional and more formal than La Notizia but you still have the feeling of being among friends. The atmosphere is elegant but not too formal, the innovative furnishings tend towards refinement. Average costs. There are no great expectations when sitting down.

Locale di prim'ordine di Enzo Coccia. Servizio impeccabile e pietanze originali preparate dai migliori artisti della pizza napoletana e non solo. Da provare assolutamente, per tutti.
Gli ambienti sono curati e belli dal punto di vista estetico. Accogliente e spazioso.

Posto nelle immediate vicinanze del suo primo storico locale, lo Sfizio è un piccolo prezioso ritrovo dedicato alla pizza fritta (nella doppia declinazione di montanare e ripieni) e alle impostarelle, piccoli bocconi di pane dalla lunga lievitazione, farcito da ingredienti di altissima levatura. L'ambiente è elegante ed il servizio accurato e presente. Ottima selezione di bollicine francesi. Da provare assolutamente anche per un aperitivo eccentrico.

Located in the immediate vicinity of its first historic restaurant, Sfizio is a precious little meeting place dedicated to fried pizza (in the double declination of montanare and stuffed) and settalle, small morsels of long-leavened bread, stuffed with ingredients of the highest caliber. The environment is elegant and the service is attentive and present. Excellent selection of French bubbles. Absolutely worth trying also for an eccentric aperitif.
