A weird way to enter a park, standing at the door waving for permission to go in or out. The entrance is one, in the middle.

Yes, it could use more benches but it's still a botanical garden, not a local park. The benches are actually beautiful! I wonder why it's free to enter, honestly.

It IS very well maintained at least from what I've seen. People were buzzing taking care of plants everywhere. And they had some amazing ones I haven't seen anywhere else, so - no complaints from me. I loved it. Sad that it's a bit remote from other attractions but worth it if you love plants. Very rich garden and great trees. Also, a home to some cute cats.

A wonderful place. As a Neapolitan, only just managed to visit and I’m so glad I did. My 7yo loved it. It’s a huge park, Entirely free with a museum, university lessons, and rare plants. So well kept. Dog friendly. Couldn’t recommend more

Lovely botanical garden with nice plants an trees and name tags with most of the plants.
Some parts need more maintenance but entrance was free so you can't really complain about that. There are free toilets and waterfountains!
Entrance is at the middle gate. We didn't need to fill in a form or something. The guard just let us in.
Pets aren't allowed which makes it one of the few places in Napels where you don't have to constantly look down for dog poo.
