This is easily one of the most intriguing displays I’ve visited. Highly recommend booking a ticket with the audio guide directly on their website. I walked right in at my scheduled time without waiting in line. The chapel is very small so only a certain amount of people are allowed in at a time.

My visit in January 2024 was efficient, and the chapel itself is stunning—beautifully arranged and very easy to take in. Definitely worth it!

Tickets must be bought well in advance. Even so, there's a line to enter. Visitors coming through an intermediery have it easier.  Inside there's a single 30'x60' over-the-top, extremely well lit room, where photography or cell-phone using isn't allowed.

A beautiful place with nice exhibits dating quite back in time. There was a tour guide when we visited explaining the underground.
The only thing I don't understand is why there are so many exhibits with no protection whatsoever. No glass case, no bars, no guards. You can basically touch anything. The only explanation I can think of is either they don't care about their stuff, or most of the are replicas. Either way it's alarming.

We travalled from sorrento to napoli becouse of this museum i plan on studying art and wished to see the extraordinary pieces however my time, money and vacation was wasted, the staff was very rude despite us getting tickets ahead of time they made us wait in a line then we were inside it was a tiny one room museum with some remarkable art however we werent alowed to take pictures noone told us this before buying tickets , then before the exit we realised why we werent allowed to take pictures even without flash becouse they wished to sell us expencive unnecessery merchindice despite us already paying 10€ per person. I suggest finding a diffrent place to visit. (Took pix out of spite)
