We took few different cakes and all tasted very nicely, they were not too sweet, coffee was very good as well. Definitely nice place with climate. Re different cakes it was all explained on the piece of paper with pictures so there was no confusion when ordering them.

A complete disaster! I was never treated in such a way. I think this place is spoiled by tourists.. If you read it do not be the next one who will support this cafeteria. It’s just overpriced, the quality of cakes are average but nothing was more wrong that kicking off the customers who just bought cakes and cafés for over 20€ and being said: “sorry, you are not aloud to seat by table”.. They told us to pay extra 10€ if we want to finish eating the cake which took no more than 10 minutes. Anyway, see the attached receipt which is name “service”. This is the price you need to pay for being aloud to seat by their unique tables.. and see the next picture. There is almost no-one there and, what is the best, all locals do the same thing so it is just a tourist scam. By the way the waiter almost shouted like I would steal something.

We tried different pastries and all of them were good but not exceptional. You can get the same quality in many other pasticcerias around. The table service is very slow, so be prepared to wait or opt for a takeaway. Despite the waiting, I enjoyed having breakfast at Piazza San Domenico Maggiore.

pretty rude service paired with okay pastries. tried to order in itslian, immediately got rude response in english. after buying pastries inside and trying to sit down, the waiter rushed to us saying there’s no self service - no one mentioned this prior to buying, and also there’s not so much space to consume the pastries elsewhere.

got fed up with this street and vendors here - get out from here if you dont want a bad time.

Pastry shop in Naples with a few locations. I forgot what the pastry I got was called (pictured) but it had a very crispy and somewhat flaky exterior with a sweet and slightly savory interior. Delicious!
