Jak w komentarzach poniżej, szybko ,sprawnie i miło. Panowie w biurze mówia b.dobrze po angielsku, bardzo sympatyczni. Załadunek nawet zahaczył delikatnie o przerwe "mandziare" i nikt nie zrobił z tego tytułu problemu(nie spotykane we włoszech) :)

As in the comments below, fast, efficient and nice. The men in the office speak very good English and are very nice. The loading even slightly caught on the "mandziare" break and no one made a problem of it (unheard of in Italy) :)
