Finally had a chance to visit after being in my list for so long! Was super impressed by both the atmosphere and food. Loved that the restaurant had this cool and hip vibe, right from the sticker covered entrance to the dim interiors. Overall the food was very good, my favourite was definitely the butter pasta with vongole, perfectly rich and creamy butter sauce with bouncy, tender pasta noodles. Absolutely a must try. Unfortunately I found the duck to be a bit tough, but the overall taste was still very good. For anyone looking for an interesting twist on classic dishes, Oltre is definitely worth a visit.

Greeted by the door full of stickers. The interior is really cool, dim lit but very slick. Stunning restaurant with absolutely gorgeous food. The vibe is really smooth. Couldn’t recommend highly enough if you’re in Bologna. Me and my partner were over the moon with our meal here.

I must warn you that if the weather is hot, you should avoid this restaurant. It's a terrible place to eat when it's warm, which can even be harmful to elders. To be honest, the food was okay but nothing special. However, the service was lacking—we had to get our own knives, forks, spoons, and even serve the bottle of champagne!
There was no service at all. Additionally, the manager told us the air conditioning was at maximum and she couldn't do anything about it. She lost two tables in the last hour due to the heat, and we also left early because of it. She didn't apologize or offer a discount for the bad service or the uncomfortable heat we endured during our dinner. (Precisely we haven’t requested anything but she could give us something commercially speaking).

one of the coolest spots on Bologna. food is very innovative and the tortellini with parmesan crema is divine. the menu presentation, menu (drink and food) seem to change seasonally which ensures a different experience every time you go.
